I’m dripping after your flows! I am a new yogi, but have been a classical ballet dancer for my entire life. I have struggled with finding the best cross training for years now, and discovering all the strength and mood lifting benefits of yoga has really changed my life! Thanks for sharing your gift!
Hi Kaylie, your sequences are incredible and you are amazing for simultaneously working out and talking us through the whole hour!!! I love your channel and do your workouts every day!
Your classes are amazing. So challenging but also accessible. I always feel both tired and refreshed when it’s over. Please keep posting such terrific content!!
knew i was hearing lotus during that cooldown! Mike Rempel would be so proud :) love love love your classes, discovered you a few weeks ago and I'm obsessed. Is there a lot more content on your pay per view site?
Aww I used to go see lotus in my hometown all the time when I was in high school!! Love them 🤍🤍🤍 yes I have over 200 classes on my app! Search the glow method in the App Store to try 7 days free ✨
This video was absolute fire. Perfect combination of strength, breath and flow. I subbed weights for cork yoga blocks and that worked great + challenged my grip. Thank you for sharing this flow - excited to continue practicing with you.
O M G More like sculpt/yoga lol....Definitely had to power through and suggest for beginners to her channel to look for a shorter one. But man what a great workout!
New to your channel and WOW! That was brutal 😆 I previewed it beforehand and totally underestimated. I used 5lb weights the entire time and will rethink that for next time!
So so good! Can you tell us what excerices workes the chest and biceps? I've found with a lot of yoga/pilates videos the uploader will name them "total body" but will only do one of two excerices for the upper body
I'm so glad you enjoyed it!! This class was more focused on shoulders & back than chest & biceps. Each class is different and I switch up the workouts often to keep your mind & muscles guessing! In any total body class we'll work lots of muscles at once, but sometimes I'll focus more on certain areas.
Hi Kaylie - any recommendations for wrist strength? My wrists always give up during extended shoulder series when I"m having to be on my hands. I tried to evenly distribute the weight with my hands, but it's not working or my form is still not right. I can use weights up to 15 lbs with no problem during other parts of the video, but really need to work on my wrists strength.
Hi! Yes - keep doing weight bearing exercises like plank until fatigue! If it’s painful; you can walk your hands a step forward so that the angle of your wrist is greater. Make sure to keep recruiting your core & legs to help stabilize your body too. Your wrists will gradually build strength - always come down to your forearms at your point of fatigue to avoid injury. Also stretching your wrists to keep them healthy and mobile while building strength 🤍
this was challenging af! :)
Holy legs🔥on fire!!! Thanks for the workout Kaylie!✨✌️💛

Love your classes
But I find it hard to keep on
Do have any
intermediate class
Or any suggestions
These are too advanced? Try my bodyweight sculpt classes, sculpt + flow or Pilates!
@@theglowmethod thank you
I will
