Why can't these people ever actually play something, like a small study or something you know? Something to show off the range and all that, like adelita, or even just the romanza or something simple? Not trying to be negative or anything.. although I probably am, :).
"mn-izz-name ahh idz built it's in wit wanna the btt 2, 3 greatest...ahhh Spanish guitar builders ever in mind right", "honoring thub, the big guys", "gunna play us some licks" , "let's hear what this thing duz" "so, what's this thing built from", "wut-it what woods are we lookin at?" "Ken we hear sum'n notes?"
It's the mindless rush from the future, from progress, the slavish devotion to anything retro, anything pre-rock, that has pervaded much of popular music that pisses me the fuck off.
Yes, let's prevent people from enjoying something that has an old design because we don't agree with it. There's an easy solution to all that, you know. If you don't like it, don't buy it. It's a pretty simple concept, really.
Who said anything about preventing anyone from doing anything??...2. "Don't buy it"? Nice. That's my point. The entire market is now dominated and overrun by a myopic, hipster fixation on anything old and pre-rock. I'm not left with much choices.
Classical guitars exist because of hipsters? And they've taken over the entire instrument market, leaving you with no other choices? This is all news to me.
HAAA, OK A REAL TORRES is about 250k and a master builder making one is 10-20 k. this cordoba is a 4 k guitar. the best way is to get the blueprints and build it yourself, right.
I honestly have no idea what you're going on about. Can you give some specific examples of this trend? I don't think a classical guitar company continuing to make classical guitars like they've always done qualifies as an attack on "modern music".
He's pissed off that rock is dead or dying. He misses Metallica, the 80s or 90s and wants to blame his favorite music's demise on classical guitar music.
Wow, so do you start punching holes in walls at the thought of an orchestra playing all those backward, obsolete instruments from hundreds of years ago? A classical guitar isn't any more retro than a violin or a piano. And don't forget that cavemen were pounding out funky rhythms on drums well before the dawn of civilization. You can't get any more retro than that.
Cordoba handled the interview as professionally as possible, I applaud them!
Really beautiful guitars!
I stopped at the booth and you had great guitars. it was a good opportunity this year at the na
right when he put the mic on the guitar....WOW
i know right? whats the deal?
How can such small body project so much sound
torres and hauser both sound great, but i like that small body of the torres.

The dude with the mic is doped out of his mind, by the way he sounds.
I get a feeling if i get that i'll miss an open string hit...
Shame we couldn't some nice classical pieces - bit of Tarrega would have been nice.

Very lame sample for such a beautiful-sounding guitar..
'Can I hear some notes?".....haha.

A thing interviewed another thing to play the thingy.
No, I punch holes in walls at the thought of modern music having it's head shoved firmly back up the pipe it just came out of.
Good! You've missed my point the farthest!
Geez, retro gone retro. Next, lutes, from 6th century Greece.

@@alexandervoronin7078 Cradle of Filth and Dimmu Borgir are a great way to celebrate both those worlds (classical / rock) and more
