This was so good, it made me want to quickly share my experience. ***SPOILERS AHEAD*** So, I nearly got one of the bad endings. Before I decided to turn off the Ash Twin Project, I thought it would be a good idea to walk through the black hole. I was quickly confused when I had "died" because normally going through the black hole on Brittle Hollow spat you out at the White Hole. I went back to the ATP, and found my duplicate waiting for me. I took my time getting there, but soon realized that if time ran out, it might affect the ATP and probably confuse which of "me" to save? That was my working theory at time time. So I decided, hell with it: I better take the Warp core to the mothership NOW. I promised myself a practice run before I went, but it was too late. It was do or die! I grabbed the core, flew to Deep Bramble, flew through the Anglerfish spawn hole, everything seemed to be going well, but I accidentally bumped into one of the fish! I spent the longest 30 seconds of my life trying not to get devoured. I bumped one of the trustees and the ship began to malfunction, alarms started going off, sparks were flying, fish were chasing me. So I managed to barely make it to the mothership, but the moment I was through the hole, I bailed out safely and crashed my ship into the mothership wreckage. I immediately thought of the words of Chuck Yeager: "Any landing that you can walk away from is a GOOD landing!" And with that, I finished the game, narrowly avoiding the "Break Space-time ending." I imagine my duplicate jetpacked to Ember Twin with Chert, and watched me through the telescope, waiting for the end. Easily one of the best games I ever played!
nearly two decades of gaming experience, none of the games I played were as inspiring as this... The Outer Wilds is just so much more than just a game.
i love this! i would love to see you make additional covers for more songs from this game (personal favorites being "14.3 Billion Years," "Echoes of the Eye," and any of the Lost Reels' added tracks (but especially "The Spirit of Water") if you were to ever consider doing more Outer Wilds covers in the future!
You can hear the excitement, panic, wonder, and fear Rozen experienced all in this one piece. This game is a very powerful, personal piece of media and is, in many ways, what entertainment lacks nowadays.
I'm loving these Outer Wilds tracks you've been releasing! The game is one of my favorite games ever and its soundtrack is up there as well. You really nailed the feelings of hearing this track in game!
it was a nice spin on it, but nothing beats the fucking sensation the original gives you when you walk into that room for the first time and pick up the warp core.
Rozen x Outer Wilds?! This is a dream come true!
Now we just need him to do the original Xenoblade Chronicles.

Bro, I think you got the most canon ending anyone could ever have gotten
I've been enjoying your Zelda arrangements for years now, and I'm very excited to journey with you through another of my favorite games.
Same here, Rozen IS my life.

Without the title and picture I would've never guessed this is Outer Wilds tbh.
