- Brought to you by ModernPerformance.com this is a video of our 2013 Dodge Dart with 1.4 Turbo. We installed the Flowmaster exhaust on it and it sounds great, and picked up more power! Plenty of pics, dyno graph and more on our site!
In the video, we start the Dart, rev it to 3,000 rpms and then drive off so you can hear it under load.
Jeremy Clarkson and the cast of TOP GEAR not only love this car, but they say it's most American's only chance to own an Alpha Romero. They also stress the fact that nobody on earth can properly call themselves a Gear Head until they've owned an Alpha Romero. Sure, the base models of this car are cheap rental unit shit, but the Rallye Turbo is one of the best $20k-$22k cars in the market. Plus, I'm over 6'8" and I fit in the car with my wife and child. I LOVE this car.
Sounds good.
You have to be out of your mind to think the new dodge dart has no style. That is an amazing car. Looks a lot better than any other cars with four cylinders.
sounds fine,I have a 2014 dodge dart Gt 2.4l multi air tiger shark engine, and I'm going to be the first person to put dual Flowmaster 10 series on mine and keep the stock resonator that way it will sound fine on the highway and be loud as I like it on the side streets,
Holy shit, i think this answers my question as to whether or they are worth the money.
Why are people so hard on the flowmaster? it's adds horsepower and sounds a lot better than this in person. if noise is the issue then take the resonator off
would it be possible to install a flowmaster on a NSRT4?
you could install a pair of resonators on the long part of the exhaust. if your looking to quiet it down. but if you have a stage 2 pcm, than why quiet it down? stage 2 is designed for sound also. stock it is quiet milling around, open it up and it gets gnarly as usual. 2 resonators gauranteed.
Why do Flowmasters seem so quiet on their newer models? Even with the Charger people have the same complaint, huge difference from Flowmasters vs SLP or Corsa for example.
My dart has a custom exhaust i paid 160 dollars for and its very very loud and very very raspy... i love it.. how much was the flowmaster? 600 dollars to make it a tad quieter.
sounds like stock
what are you talking about? who said anything about resonators?.
i think you need to learn how to read. did i ask if this would help quiet down a stage 2 srt4? you must be a noob if you think a stage 2 sounds "gnarly".this is something ive been thinking about doing since i bought my first srt4 8 years ago. i was hoping they would post up a part # for the muffler they used since it would obviusly have to be something custom. i have yet to find a vid of a srt4 running a flowmaster. thats why i asked.
Well I know what exhaust I won't be buying for my Dart when/if I decide to. Who wants an exhaust that is quieter and sounds worse?
thought it would be alittle more angry
if you say so.
I like stock better
Doesn't sound any better imo...I think mine sounds better stock lol.
sounds nice, but the car is fuckin ugly, it has no style
