This was all very interesting. I'm preparing to start with a simple build for my 2012 RAV4, so all this is very relevant! Good luck with school and life in Denver. Can't wait to see you start your build!
I would consider getting those foam interlocking floor pads (typically used in garage for garage geeks). That might insulate your floor better. I am assuming you put something on windows that is for privacy and insulation. I think I saw somewhere a bedding system that just is collapsible and can easily be moved in and out of the car.
Regarding the Wolfbox camera - does the cable run down the middle of the windshield? Or is it possible to kind of run it along the headliner and down so it’s out of the way?
Measurements, please….I have a 2016 Subaru I would like to build out and give car camping a try before upgrading to a larger vehicle if it find I like doing it enough to upgrade. Thanks
New guy here 👋 Alex, if you didn't already know, these Mirror mounted Dash cameras have an accessory you can purchase removing the annoying rubber band mount, "universal" i believe only 2 types cameras sizes produced, "10 inch and 12 inch" determine what size yours is and order online. It's a 4 screw attached backplate with the typical Rear view metallic mirror mount arm, foot and glassButton with set screw. Its a game changer for those making the cam appear almost factory professionally installed and very sturdy, eliminates your Rear view mirror all together thusly making it Lighter as to not break the button mount glue, as they do all the time 😂 you can also purchase a rear Cam extension wire for longer vehicles, crossovers and trucks. Etc Im a big Proponent in Dash cameras, but no one i know takes them serious. Sadly. Cheers from Toledo
WOO WHO!! I know you're not disclosing your home, BUT it looks like you are not in the true city... Maybe a little rural? It looked more small townish/country. Anyway, it just made me excited for you lol Love the snow ❄️ I love your camera security. Looking forward to your new build 😁 Enjoy the weather! 😁 Have a great week!!
Yea. I have one. The only late model that exist in AWD is Toyota Sienna, I have a 2011 XLE AWD and I lifted it 3.5 inches. 😂 the other brands discontinued AWD. Toyota owns the AWD minivan market.
I don't know how many times I tell people to stop half assn-it people want to get into something say oh look what I did but then two three months down the road they wish they had something bigger young lady get rid of that toy go get you a used four-wheel drive sprinter van Chevy Ford Dodge extended cargo van 4-wheel drive put a high top on it and let this be things that you can stand up and walk around in human beings have evolved from living in logs and small case our bodies are made differently now so do some research here on this app look at how people created their build out I just do what they did that's all

Great plan ! I want to see all of this come together .. I think the idea of having Tera lower is such a great idea . ❤
I liked your Subaru plan design. You look happy and more relaxed. The car camera is a great idea.
Totally enjoy your restating what you’re doing in your Subaru! Dimensions are helpful!! 👏

It's worth considering: fleece inner sleeping bag liner. bed socks, thermals and woolly hat.

Hi alexandra ❤ do your best 🎉
Per your comment, I think about "My Last Day on the Road" Episode at 2 minutes 12 seconds in.
Why not just get a minivan, I'm sure there's a few out there that have four wheel drive.
