Reminds me when I saw Queensryche right in Baltimore . Hammerjacks in Jan 1985 , They sounded tight back then and impressed today .One cool memory I had of that night in 85 . Geoff climbed up to me at the balcony that surrounded Hammerjacks . It was during the lead break to Take Hold of The Flame . He took my hand and stayed and we watched Chris play the lead . I remember the look in Chris's face " Please don't push our singer off " He never missed a note . Back then . It was 5 bucks at the door
This is not the ryche.wilton and Jackson are frauds. Qryche were degarmo, Tate, and rockenfield. Seen them many times since 1982 , no comparison to this "cover band"
Great band I have followed since they won the Battle of the Bands in Bellevue, Washington to get them signed. Yes, it was that many years ago and Queensryche were all very young musicians. It’s a local thing but a lot of history. I love Scott Rockinfield, the original drummer and check out his site. He’s extremely talented and does soundtracks for major movies now like Star Wars and many more👍👊 The new drummer is really good with the kit he has but to have the full sound that Queensryche is famous for he needs more toms and bigger set. Why settle for less and not hitting all the toms and deep tones that Scott brought to the table?! 😮
At least he hit the high on Take hold of the flame, even though he didn't do the phrase before it. It's a tough one and will get you winded very quickly for sure. Just would have loved to hear it in it's entirety. @44:30
Correct. These guys hit all the right notes. But there's a lot more to it than that. Queensryche is missing that element which every other band at M3 had. This sounds just like autoplay, no energy, flat and boring. That's what happens when you don't put on a real live show and follow the click and pre-recorded tracks. These guys blow!!! Just about every other act at M3 was 100% LIVE and ass kicking! Rock and roll is still alive in 2024!!! QR, not so much...
What kind of fans are you people ? There was a great metal/progressive band called Queensryche that existed before the album Empire was released there was other releases before empire and far better songs than silent lucidity……. Wow
I saw Todd the other night and to me its like Geoff has passed on and the mourning has been lifted ...its time to just celebrate the band and think about their future ! I put Todd down many times and I regret the things that I've said about his talent and ability. If I were to meet him one day these are the things he deserves to know from us fans that have always wanted the band to stay together
@hadesmetal6346 Great point!...and we can add Black Sabbath, Van Halen, Deep Purple, Judas Priest, Anthrax and many others to the list, with various lineup changes thru the years.
Tactically precise as only QR can be if performed correctly. Fine job fellas...
Really sounds great. Outstanding performance by the band!
Awesome !! I Admit I Miss Goeff But Todd Hs Been Nothing Less Than A Complete Pro In His Shoe's.Love Me Some QR !!! Let's Go !!

This is NOT Queensryche 🎉
They’ve become just a cover band
QUEENSRYCHE RULES!🎸🎸,1:16:35
❤❤❤❤❤❤
These Guys Rock,1:58
I love this shit wish i was upfront
Sounds good, but can we please get a complete reunion tour, before people start falling. 😎
Only two original members.
The tempos are rushed.
That drums...
is he scott?
@@alexortega5878 not at all
Well that was one of the most cringy intros, probably need to drop that. Performance wise, now that was perfection!
Geoff Tate couldn’t carry Todd’s luggage. They can play the older stuff because Todd’s in the band now
LOL sure kid
@@rickylex2735 Kid??
@@EricMSmith1971 if you think this is remotely like in 83 one must be a dumb child.. Todd is total crap and the band sounds awful

They didnt play Jet City Woman or Silent Ludcity ????...WTF??...I wont go see them!
They announced they weren't playing old stuff and people started leaving. I left myself

Sounds good, but I prefer Scott's drumming.
Only original members Michael Wilton and Eddie Jackson
We all know that!!! So what? They've been around since 81
Sound great, boring to watch
Go watch Taylor Swift then. 😊
Was there...they were awful. Can't believe they were the headliners...very disappointed.
It sounds good, but no Chris DeGarmo or Geoff Tate makes this a cover band

There always have to be one of you guys to say that. 😂😂😂
Why even watch this concert video then? Let alone comment on it.
So by your logic no Paul Dianno or Dennis Stratton Iron maiden is a cover band? Good to know...😂
@hadesmetal6346 Great point!...and we can add Black Sabbath, Van Halen, Deep Purple, Judas Priest, Anthrax and many others to the list, with various lineup changes thru the years.
Nope
Yup
Drums do suck
this guy should come back to upholstery ... maybe he is better than digital delay ...

Drums suck
