In Europe Airbnb is a life safer to get a decent place for your money. Also for long term stays it is the only way to find an entire apartment with kitchen and more space than a hotel room especially when travel with friends. Mostly had a great experience traveling with Airbnb for over 50 times. Met amazing local hosts with insights around a city that you won’t find anywhere

I’m in Da Nang now been here a month and half, I looked at that apartment you stayed at the white one, very stylish but I don’t recall a review talking about roaches in the spot.

I used to book Star residence apt in Kuala Lumpur. I also had issues contacting the owner because she was... On vacation...
So, support is really bad in AirBNB since it's done by ordinary people and not professional staff.

I hate being bamboozled by pictures and incomplete reviews. Why the hell am I the one writings reviews about hovel airbnb (didn't know the b stood for breakfast. I have NEVER in 7 years of using Airbnb got breakfast), leaking pipes etc and other people had the best experience.
