Athens, GA WSR-57 radar imagery - 28 June 1994

This is a recording of a US National Weather Service RADID display, showing thunderstorms in northern Georgia and upstate South Carolina as observed via the Athens WSR-57 (AHN) on the evening of June 28 of an uncertain year. The year is most likely 1994; NCEI Storm Data shows a number of wind damage reports from that area on that date.
This type of display would have been used at locations other than the physical radar site, in order to view live imagery from the radar. This recording originally was made on VHS tape.
