I noticed you basically only dunk off the dribble. You should start playing around with self lob dunks more as you can get up higher on them and could probably unlock some new dunks you've never hit before.
Haha that is true, believe it or not I’m coming back from an injury do these dunks are just knock in off the rust,the more I post you’ll see the progression! I will add off the backboard and self lobs!
You should try a 360 cuff windmill (right hand) with the same approach as the 360 windmill at 7:30… for me, it seems to be an easier plane of motion for the arm swing at that jump angle. Just an idea lol - Brendan
