I appreciate the effort of Mark Golding breaking down the IC's report, but I am also very interested in hearing him breakdown the DB&G/Finsac deal. After all, the OCG issued a finding on that deal where several things about it could not be considered fair or satisfactory. Jamaica's problem with corruption is far bigger than shaking down a minister or a government, because only doing so could be considered a case of one man not wanting to see another man carrying a long bag.
