But look what you got to work with... a master piece of auto engineering 🙂 It doesn't look like a nearly 30 year old car. Just proves, you'll only get out of a car, what you're prepared to put into it 🚘👊
The car has to be a pretty good and well kept example to start with wouldn't you agree? Fabulous vid and great work. The secret is trying not scratch as you clean. The average car cleaning is simply moving the grit around making the perfect grinding paste !!

Wow. The algorithm nailed me today. I just bought a 1995 E320 Imperial Red coupe with Mushroom interior. It is identical to this car in the video. I have been cleaning it every night. (it was pretty bad) I got it about as good as i can. The trunk paint on mine is also very dry and oxidized like the car in the video. Buffing alone couldn't bring it back. I thought about trying to wetsand. ✋🏼 Can i ask what product/cutting compound did you use after the wetsand? Amazing work. Amazing video. Great job!
Great work, brought it back to factory condition. I wish it was mine, but its not my car :) As a 124 sedan and a 140 owner, having these detailed is truly inspirational. I can only hope some low millage W140 comes to your shop for such work.
Auch ich wünschte ich hätte eins. Früher hatte ich kein Geld und heute gibt es fast kein guten Autos mehr zukaufen. Heute muss ich mich mit einen Fiat Panda und einem SLK280 zufrieden geben.

Honda Prelude, der Rost uns getrennt, Civic nach 180.000 km ähnliches Schicksal. Dann Mazda 121, das Ei. Da ist mir einer in die Seite gefahren. Ein Suzuki Wagon r war der nächste. Nach 12 Jahren (16 Jahre alt) sprang er nicht mehr. Keiner hat den Fehler gefunden. Ich mußte schnell was neues finden. Naja, da stand der Panda. Er springt an und läuft seit 4 Jahren ohne Probleme.Ein Suzuki wäre mir lieber gewesen, es gab aber keinen. Im Panda ist die Heizung und Klimaanlage gegen den Suzuki ein Witz. Das Amaturenbrett spiegelt sich so stark das man fast Blind fährt. An all diesen Autos gab es nur Verschleiß und Rost. Verschleiß wurde repariert und bei jedem TüV einen Oelwechsel. Es waren alles Gebrauchtwagen und standen immer draußen. Garage ist nur für mein Spaßauto und Motorrad.
Beautiful job, I find it calming, as I've always loved washing and cleaning my cars to a high standard, though not as good as this. A pressure washer is a godsend. It's a good aerobic exercise too! Who needs a gym. 🙂

The coupe, convertible and estate are NOT called W124.
