So jealous of the wells. We have too many rocks on my homestead to be able to jackhammer down into the ground. I'll have to drill the whole way to get a good well in.

Before you build your house/cabin you put in the pump. Then build the house around it so it can't freeze

The well has to be 50' from the nearest source of contamination Like the out house that the law ..
Correct. No outhouses here. Just small sheds.
