A chef once told me that the most simple dishes are often the most difficult to get right, as there are usually limited ingredients that need perfectly balancing....this recipe underlines this theory; Having just followed your instructions, these few ingredients have produced a 100% perfect Chinese take away chicken chow mein ! Subscribed and looking forward to trying more of your fantastic recipes.
