The chimey-ness of this guitar is awesome, it reminds me of a stainless steel fretted guitar I have, are the frets stainless ? I love the capo system ! I wanna carve more partial capos . I’ll be stopping on to see this one on the site!
Hi Matt, As they say, both beauty/appearance and tone are subjective. First the positive, sounds great, sound hole and binding details and finish excellent. A plus on the tuners however I would suggest that nickel be standard and brass optional. . What I do not care for: the extended neck, capo affectation, stencil too large, all of which make the guitar, for me, a deterrent to purchase. Just my opinion. I am a fan of the older ladder braced guitars and have a 1929 Stromberg-Voisinet with the wreath decalcomania. As always, your playing is excellent.
Perfect playing to highlight the instrument
That capo system is so cool! I use a lot of alternative tuning, and this is unlike anything I've ever seen!
Great to see old styles resurrected by luthiers who embrace tradition, quality and authenticity.
I've been wanting to see a demo of this guitar for a while now. Well played.
I love your play so much Sir - like a wonderful dream that should never stop.........
Matt, always enjoy the guitars you demonstrate! Great Iris guitar! Keep on with the great posts! Happy New Year!!

How many sets and what make strings? Nice sounding guitar & demo Mstt. That partial capo is amazing. Thanks
Hey! What's the name of the first song you played ??? Such a beautiful tune budd. 🍂
I thought Waterloo had kinda done this. what are the differences Matt?
Waterloo has never done a KG-11 style guitar. This body shape is unique and produces that great, warm sound.
this would be a must have.....if I´d be a rich guy :-)
