I literally work at the collegedale plant! Also fun fact when you go through orientation they actually take the time to teach you the company's history (which if anyone is wondering lines up with what is in the video but goes into a bit more detail.).
I worked at the plant in Gentry, AR for a few years. And I can confirm this. Orientation was around 4 hours, with a break and a tour. It's not all sunshine and roses, but they always pass health inspection and ultimately, people often don't care about things so long as the product tastes good. On the bright side, they pay decently and have very good benefits.
Little Debbie’s Oatmeal Cream Pies...if you didn’t eat them as a kid, that name makes you feel dirty. If you DID eat them as a kid, you know they’re delicious, and you feel dirty.

Great video! A box of Little Debbie’s snack cakes got me up Mt. Whitney in 2004. The day hike is 22 miles and 5000 feet up and down. We started at 6:15am and got back to camp at 10:30pm. Every time I got tired, I had another Little Debbie’s snack cake.

I place a bit of blame on Little Debbie for making me a fat kid. I'd still be eating that wonderful junk food, but fortunately for me I adopted SoCal cycle culture. Those fresh little Oatmeal Cream Pies and Swiss Cake Rolls sure are good though.
