Just watch your amazing video it has got me thinking about doing a first aid Course because I happen to work in a charity shop in ilford called the British heart foundation and it is always good to have the skills needed just in case Somebody has a medical emergency cause at the moment I am learning from a book. Forgive me for asking but can I learn the same way out of a book as doing an actual course?
Always best to learn from a practical course, an online first aid course is also extremely helpful and a book will give you some of the basics, but you are not tested in the same way.
