I have to say something… I have loved you guys for ages. I was so excited for Baron’s book and I’ve been so excited watching your house progress and Pilot get bigger. But I remember Baron saying something in a more recent video that you haven’t been putting out much content because you’re just taking time being comfy at home and just enjoying being at home. Which is 10000000% warranted. And I’m sure the constant RUclips life is draining. But with this video and that comment I’m worried you’re getting burnt out and think every video has to be something epic or new (side note: this video was very fun and I’m not trying to take away from that). So I f that’s in anyway true, I want to be a voice of reassurance that your life is so beautiful and I’m so grateful you share it with us. And I will literally watch 30min of you just painting or just chopping wood. It just allows me to somewhere else. I haven’t the faintest idea why I love it so much but it’s like getting to be a fly on the wall. Thank you so much for sharing your life with me. It genuinely is therapeutic because I have a job that requires I live in a really big city working Mon-Fri. I try and spend every morning waking up and being somewhere beautiful for an hour before I have to be with my reality and choices. And I’m always excited when that morning is shared with you guys because I know it will be beautiful. ❤
Don't settle for a life that you don't enjoy. You're aware of your situation so figure out another way to live the way you want to live and make the change.
You both attract the nicest, talented, gifted, friendliest, most awesome, inspirational and wonderful people to your lives. That's pretty special for us too. Across the globe we can all use this community.😊❤
Yeah he really doesn't seem to mind it so long as he's doing something fun while he's wearing it! He was carrying his own little bag of dog food so it slowed him down a bit which was helpful for us!

My son got the Scamp for me when I finally retired in 2021. I did hospice social work for over 30 years, and it taught me how precious and temporary life is and not to waste it doing what others "think" that you should do, but to explore and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience in a personal way. I totally understand and agree with the leashing of certain dogs (breeds & ages) and have been so impressed with Kamp the last few years! There is hope for our crazy Lab yet. How do the pups' paws do in this? PS I LOVE YOUR FRIENDS! They carried 4 bottles of wine - they would be my friends for sure.
Paws seemed like no problem! Our dogs have hooves for paws because of our rough terrain at home and all our 4 dogs are Colorado dogs so they’re used to long walks in the snow!
❤ you guys are awesome and I always love your videos I'm 37 year old woman I have always had German Shepherds and now have a rescue Malinois Belgian Malinois dog and also German shepherd dog your dog has a natural insecurities especially in situations where she's unfamiliar with I have trained my dog that when I say, it's okay he knows the situation is under control or I am okay because they're very in tune to and maybe you could train her to a word she will learn that you can reassure her through command or signal it might help her very insecure annoying whining I've rescued them out of kill pens I worked with whole of a German Shepherds and naturally is there a working line dog they do great with commands but maybe it might help her insecurities if you train her and she might be more settled in unfamiliar situations or places reassurance goes a long way with them especially when they're bonded to a human just a little thought I don't know hardly anything about dog training I just know kind of what has worked for me so I thought I might leave a comment you guys are doing awesome though she's awesome I have always just been drawn to the working line dogs and their intelligence and their loyalty and their stamina anyhow awesome hiking

Ah, the whine of a shepard 🤣 I have a shepard mix and when we go camping or go and stay in the cabins and my boy is always a hot mess 🤣 The worst was camping when pregnant. I swear he was glued to me and cried if he couldnt see me for half a second and even cried when he could. Thank goodness hes mellowed out with age.

Pretty sure they're either provided by the state, or they might even be federal, Oregon has basically the same thing, I know someone who stayed in a yurt and a cabin. I didn't get into the details of how they're reserved, but I bet with not much googling you could find it
I was wondering why you weren't wearing a coat, but I remember when I did snow skiing back in the day in Colorado, 32F was HOT and people were in shorts... it's so different here in Texas... 32F is miserable due to the humidity.
