Left side is volume control: 3taps volume up, 2taps volume down. Right side is track select: 3taps skips back, 2taps skips forward. I bought a pair of these @ Walgreens. I cannot get the right ear to activate? Sometimes the only sound is ‘power off.’ Only the left ear is working normal. What should I do?
When I put mine in I accidentally shut them off. Then I can't get them to turn back on unless I take them off and then putting them back in turns them off again. When I finally get them in and on, the volume up and down by tapping does not work so I have to raise and lower the volume on my phone. Haven't even tried to change the sound mode (at least not on purpose). Whatever it is on now is perfect for my needs. I mostly use it to listen to podcasts when I am walking or crafting. I use them on my iphone and may kindle listening to audio books. I have had a wired set of JVC for about 6 years and they are fantastic. They have the hook around the ear also and they fit and feel comfortable. For the price they were a good deal and I guess once I get the hang of the tapping (it doesn't seem to do anything or if it does, its a long delay and I've already tapped again) I am sure it will be fine.

I haven't personally tested Apple-branded headphones, but I think there is just the air pods or the max, and if you're looking for something for exercise that probably just leaves the air pods.
I'd consider the $30 a minimal expense, so of greater concern is the fit. The loop was too large to be comfortable for me, so I wouldn't get again. However, there is a $25 in ear headphone from JVC that I'd say is definitely worth it - the Gumy in ear headphones. I have a video for those that I'd recommend. They've come a long way with the in-ear comfort and fit.
This headphone is rubbish. Right side stopped pairing after one week. Even after trying the stupid factory reset (which didn't work). Good video but the product is rubbish just to let others know.

You should do a redo to get a fair review. You can control volume and skip fwd and back.

Hello, I wanted to tell you that there is a way to upload and play the previous song, you have to tap it 3 times
i don't think the fit has anything to do with the size of ones head. probably more to do with ear size and shape.

I am glad I see your comment. No workability from the right ear. Only the left one is functioning. This is a very weird ear piece. “Mass production.”
Mine eventually started working. After a lot of trial and errors. I manage to reset the whole thing.
How did you reset it

Double tap rewind or volume down. Triple tap fast forward or volume up.
