I like how you fit the pump next to relocated evap. I would have never thought about putting it there! I also like how you put valves and fill in the wheel well.
Only problem with the setup is the breather hose can allow water into the tank when you go through a river... If it contaminated so to is your water... I would be running a breather hose to the inside of you panels so your water system stays sealed.. Apart from that a nice job all round.
Yes correct, good catch, the first year I had this on the Rubicon and it was tilted way over it was leaking water out the breather. I have since installed a check valve to let air out (when filling the tank) but not let air in. This will not let water in from the creek but still lets water out when on a angle. Win some lose some. I still think its funny when people say - OMG your leaking somthing. Its just water ha
So the Synergy heat exchanger transfers so much heat that it will heat creek water up fast enough that the trigger on the shower has to stay depressed to prevent scalding. That's some serious exchange!
Love this setup, how come you cant pull water for your hot water shower from your on board tank? Or do you just have an option to use the external water source? I would like to do similar setup, but I want to be able to do how water from both external or my on board tank.
I had the option to pull from the tank to the heat exchanger, it would have required two water lines running to the front of the jeep- but by the time the heat exhanger warms the hot water the tank would be half empty. 9 gallons is a fast shower especially if the first 4 gallons is cold. The shower has to run all the time- if the jeep is on and you stop the water it builds up heat and will burn you. Of course I could have installed a bypass loop to drop the cold water back in the tank but that is way too much plumbing. I like the stream - creek application for the shower. You can also shut the jeep off and fill the water tank from the creek using the hose and pump, we ran out of water last summer and I did this to keep the dogs watered and hands clean. There is a filter in line. But I dont drink creek water - well unless I have too.

Hi. Where did you get your rear tail lights? Thank.

Until you have 3" of mud caked inside your fender. Or a rock damages your exposed parts. Nice try. Good concept.
Love the jeep
How'd you make the tank (or where did you buy it?)

thanks - I own a mechanical contracting company- commercial HVAC and pluming , cars are more fun as a hobby
You dont have a toilet on board ???
Good for a pavement princess or mall crawler, but pretty poor design for an offroad veichle
