Preparation time - 40 minutes
Serving - 3
Ingredients:
For Momos-
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Cooking oil - 1 tsp
Water
Stuffing:
Garlic cloves - 4
Ginger - 1 inch
Spring onion - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1/4 cup
Carrot - 1/4 cup
Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Black pepper -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
For Gravy:
Green chilli -2
Garlic cloves - 4
Ginger - 2 inch
Yellow pepper - 1/4 cup
Red pepper - 1/4 cup
Green pepper - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1/4 cup
Spring onion
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Green chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
