@@zereth2792 some people hate her because of the trend. Others just don't like her characterization. She's not a well written character especially for a main character. I typically separate her by the anime and manga. Sakura isn't useless except for part 1 but she is horribly underdeveloped and underutilized. If Kishimoto had written her like he did during the rescue Gaara arc and had her get over her obsession with Sasuke she would probably be one of the best characters in the series.

Which he stated, she "probably" would kill him if he stood there and took a full force punch to the face. Which is pretty understandable. In a full fledged fight, it'd be debatable still if one sided. As Tsunade shocked reanimated Madara by breaking his Susano blade while being impaled by it, which shouldn't of been possible in that point of the series. So it could well be an even fight with Valley of the End Madara vs Boruto Sakura. Obviously the whole scenario is a gag.

True but you're also forgetting that Madara doing damage to Sakura that she can't just heal off is also very unlikely seeing as she's a medical ninja for one and two after 10 years of storing up chakra I'm sure she's got more than enough for the 100 healings jutsu. He'd have to avoid her for the whole duration without him or his Suano'o getting hit once which is highly unlikely. only real argument i could see for him surviving a hit is Izanagi but the madara we're talking about can't spam it so I think that dilemma just answers itself

Valley Of The End Madara can't heal himself like Edo Madara or So6p Madara. It's fair to say he can't take a punch from Adult Sakura. Tsunade did significant damage to Edo Madara and Sakura is way stronger.
I mean yeah, he explicitly would die. Adult Sakura should be significantly stronger than Tsunade no matter how you slice it, and Tsunade's hit would have oneshot Edo Madara if he didn't have Edo Tensei immortality at the time.

Valley of the end Madara has MS and nine tails with majestic armor. Besides that, Valley of the End Madara doesnt have much durability feats that we know off and thus, cannot be attributed to be the "same" as the Madara you are comparing (maybe i'll label him now, Post Rinne-Rebirth, Blind Sage Mode Madara or PRRBSM Madara?)
With regards to Valley of the End Madara. Yes, He fights Hashirama, but that fight was a fight of attrition. Madara had crazy offense, but Hashirama;s entire deal was nigh infinite healing. Valley of the End Madara couldn't out damage for a longer period of time than for Hashirama to continuously heal over time. It was shown in the Manga that Hashirama was "badly" beaten up midway during the fight (swollen eye) but by the final confrontation, his face was healed and Hashirama got off a wooden clone WHILE Madara either ran out of energy to maintain his MS or turned it off in hubris/arrogance/because he didn't believe Hashirama would actually kill him (he was taken by surprise)
But what is important for this video and statement isn't how Valley of the End Madara could out damage Adult Sakura.. it's about what if Valley of the End Madara were to be hit by Adult Sakura at full strength even with majestic attire Nine Tails.
So Swag's trying to evaluate if Adult Sakura's offensive prowess can beat Valley of the End Madara's defenses.
So then how strong is Adult Sakura? Swag makes the point regarding War Sakura (who i think only has 1 feat of punching the ground so hard that the big ten tails clones look really really small so the scale of the explosion represents her strength) who punches Kaguya at the back of the head which injures her. Now, Kaguya should have been aware based on the exclamation mark bubble that popped off as War Sakura was already launching herself at her, so Kaguya was either caught off guard or didn't see the punch as a threat but it connected.
So then Adult Sakura, as time had passed, would be much stronger than her War self and Swag compares her power to that of the Boruto Era Kage who were throwing hands at Kinshiki (specifically flashing Kurotsuchi, the Fourth Tsuchikage punching Kinshiki so hard that he flew off the ground) who is stated to be beings that Kaguya was afraid off which implies more power. He also compares how Shikamaru locked Kinshiki down using shadow possession and thus posits that Adult Sakura (who's power should have also increased by the current era) would have been near these levels of strength; near the strength level of beings that are Stronger that Kaguya who in comparison is stronger than to Juubi Madara who is stronger than PRRBSM Madara (the madara you are referencing) which is stronger than Valley of the End Madara and thus... says that Adult Sakura is "stronger" than Valley of the End Madara.
As for the actual fighting, well, as most of the comments here state, it's mostly a scenario where Valley of the End Madara doesn't fight back, even Swag says this. Swag is only saying if Sakura manages to land a punch, Valley of the End Madara dies based on his durability and lack of healing from devastating attacks. (again to "argue" your point of comparing how the tailed beasts slammed Madara after he got his real body back).
So let's say, Valley of the End Madara does fight back, with those many tailed beast bombs with susanoo swords in them, we have to evaluate
1) Can Adult Sakura Dodge these? (to note, Hashirama didnt dodge them, he blocked them by throwing a thousand wood hands from his statue so perhaps Hashirama couldn't dodge it?
2) Can Adult Sakura block or tank hits from these?
Some comparisons i can think of is Adult Sakura's fight in her light novel with a pseudo tailed beast, where she tanked tails being stuck in her and taking non-direct hits from bigger bijju bombs in comparison to a 4tailed cloaked Naruto OR if we are comparing the Strength of a Hundred seal based of Tsunade's own feats, Tsunade took multiple susansoo sword hits, was bisected by them and well split in half by a giant tree root and still say "Save them first" we may imply that Sakura can do similar feats of survivability but we still saw Tsunade defeated btw.
Then on Valley of the End's Madara's offensive arsenal, can he do the meteor/ double meteor attack? and can Adult Sakura punch it out?
Personally I think Valley of the end's Madara would win as he may press Adult Sakura too hard for Adult Sakura to do anything and even if she tried that "Speed up the death of cells" trick she used against the pseudo tailed beast and attempt to apply it whenever Valley of the End's Madara came in close range to beat her up, Since the Sharingan can see chakra, he would deduce what's happening to him, perhaps get hit by it twice to confirm his analysis then proceed to long range nuke the hell out of this woman who cant die and keeps healing. What can Adult Sakura do then lol?
I think speed feating Valley of the End Madara and Adult Sakura is questionable because then we'd have to include Shin/Danzo as factors. Madara has a pair of battle seasoned Sharingan, so he'd be able to react to everything and anything and we see as much during the whole series (besides the black zetsu thing which like, shouldnt have happened but like we can play the "Kaguya's will is indistinguishable from natural energy" card and that's why Madara didnt see that coming... and the fact that it was Juubi Madara so incorrect comparison again since this Valley of the End's Madara would presumably perceive less things than Juubi Madara) As for Adult Sakura, she beat up Shin who, like Danzo had many sharingan implants so either Sakura can out-react multiple sharingans.. OR the more likely, Shin and Danzo couldnt use the amped up Sharingan reflexes since they werent natural uchiha their bodies cant keep up with the increased perception or planting eyeballs into your arms and back of the head doesnt let u see.. who coulda guessed right? (I brough up Danzo cause instead of dodging Sasuke in his fight, the man just straight up save scummed his way to an L)
So either, either Sakura can out-react sharingan prowess or she can't. Either Way, Valley of the End Madara would still fight long range and there's not much Sakura can do but take it.

I actually enjoy Boruto but this is very factual, that happens when you have a mix of sources (manga [initialy written by Kodachi and not Kishimoto], and Anime original content[ like Urashiki]). Well I think that people are forgetting that we already have a very strong point of reference for how that fight would go based off Tsunade's fight with Madara. This was a reanimated Madara and she did have the support of the five kage, but Sakura has the exact same abilities as Tsunade, just a lot stronger. And Madara was impressed with Tsunade's 100 healings jutsu (he did compare it to Hashirama) and he was concerned by her strength, and acknowledged that getting hit by her would really do some damage. Now I don't know how comparable the durability of his reanimation (it was stronger than the average) is to his real body, but I think that the deficit is more than surpassed by Sakura's gains over Tsunade through the years as she is considerably more powerful than her mentor. So if she were to get a hit off, could she take him? Probably. Could she tank a blow from him? Yes. But would she actually be able to touch him? That's going to be the deciding factor, because she doesn't have the speed or agility feats of say Naruto or Sasuke and she doesn't have the taijutsu Skill of Might Guy. So there is a scenario where she does win the fight, but there's also one where she loses. The issue with Sakura has always been that she's really powerful yet does nothing with it.

Just wanna throw one thing in here and it's that Sakura is probably a lot faster than people realise because they forget that one of the fundamentals of being a medic ninja that Tsunade taught her was speed, because medic ninjas cannot afford to get hit, so it's probably safe to say that she continued to develop her speed as well as her other strengths over the timeskip to Boruto. Remember she also came out of nowhere and took Shin completely off guard when she punched him (and this is a guy covered in MS, so if he didn't see her coming, she must be pretty damn fast at times)

In no part did that ever refer to Gaara and also even if it did, it would be a comparation between Gaara's ("kage level" taijutsu, when he almost never even uses taijutsu") and someone who's a literal taijutsu specialist (Sakura). It's an unfair comparation to only take into account taijutsu BUT this comparation was never even made between Sakura and Gaara.
Also Sakura only ever hit Kagura because she was being distracted + she was definitely not even attempting to defend herself from damage, as she was rather trying to avoid being sealed.

Also another point I like to look at is how would Sakura have done against the Shanobi alliance compared to madara and well their is no argument she probably would have killed a few but madara almost wiped out all of them with the littlest of ease
The context does not matter when the purpose of the point was to prove that a sakura's punch is so strong that can even break and make an omnipotent goddess like kaguya bleed, he did never say that she could go alone against kaguya (he even clarified this) , so the fact that it was 3v1 is actually not relevant at all
