I have bite blocks for my open bite but they’re blue and more round. they were bonded to my teeth.

I just got my braces and I also got those blue bite blocks, It’s so hard to eat with them

@@kayoconey7198 yes, I got my with my braces today actually. It is very hard to chew food so I've been eating soups and liquids. I believe they are supposed to wear down after a few days and adjust to your teeth
