The best Lobster & Steak Restaurant in Torrevieja? Franks Restaurante Review | Where to eat in Spain

- You bump into a guy in a bar, on a Friday night. He shows you a photo of a steak he´s had at a restaurant in Torrvieja we had never heard of- Franks Restaurante, on the poligono industrial estate, not far from the aquapark.
This is a Belgian restaurant.
A quick look online brings gets us to their website-

We booked a table online for the next night.
Only the three of us went- we only went for the main & desert. Helen had lobster with diablo sauce- Andy & Maddie both had steak. The steak you cook yourself at your table using a stone grill.
We were impressed! (and it´s really good value!)- we intend to go back during the day and try one of their menu del dia (only a tenner!)

Recommend either a mixed grill- steak and lamb chops, or the lobster thermadore. Spanish coffee is really good as well! Thanks for watching 👍

It's great!- the lamb chops are also excellent- it was covered in a weekend vlog as well, around November, I think.... they also do like a mixed grill, apparently- 1 steak instead of 2, but some lamb as well....
35 years wed to a Yorkshire lass, there's nowt wrong we reight folk a can tell thee, so no translation needed Helen, ha ha. Another great vlog from the team, loved it.

Andy worked in the Netherlands, based in Zavenaar, back in the day (usually for a few days at a time, a long time ago- but he's never been to Amsterdam!)

Thanks! Andy doesn't usually eat lobster... but it was good. Even when the steak was "overcooked"- i.e. well done, the knife went through it like butter... we're looking forward to taking Bob when he's over...
