Fabulous video! Thank you for all this information!.....You really explained how the amount of water, the consistency of the paint and the paper all work together.

This is a great video! It’s like you read my mind-I’m so confused about water control!

Water control is so so hard! It took me a long while to figure things out too! So many small nuances that could impact how water moves on ur painting!

"Frustrated" Jillian at the beginning of the video made me lol! You're so funny. I'm thankful your classes have taught me about water control and water/paint consistency. It's very important and not a lot of RUclips artists talk about it in their tutorials.

This was Extremely helpful, I especially found the fact that you brought light up , huge, I work night shift, so I am mostly “alert” during hours of dark, especially here in North East in fall/winter , I struggle with artificial light source last few years and cannot tolerate fluorescent bulbs and find many very harsh, what type/color bulb would you suggest using? Thank you for ALL of your very helpful advice 🙏❤️🎨

I m currently using a "gaming" led key light for my zoom workshops and thats helped because I can adjust the warm or cool temperature of the light so I try to get it as neutral as possible. But I don't enjoy painting at night because I still find the colors hard to "see" and my battery is low by the end of the day 😅
