- In my life, I try to avoid regret as much as I can, but there is one regret that I have that I think is common for many developers. In this video, I cover how I avoid falling into the same trap.

I think this gonna open up many developers mind... Great job
Thanks Matahari! Yes it is common trap many developers get stuck in.
So the lesson here is always learn new technologies & tools and develope ur experience so then u can get a higher ur value in job market
Yep and don't stay at one job too long if you aren't learning anything. A lot of companies want to see that you have used a particular technology in production and not just on personal projects.
Really helpful for me as a newb🤗
That’s great, I am really glad it was useful for you. 👍
Great video Alex! But are companies ready to hire people? Currently I'm working on React and Frontend and have 2yrs of exp. If I want to switch to some backend / DevOps related role with some related hobby projects on my resume, will companies choose me or the other developer who had already spent his last 4 yrs doing Backend/DevOps?
If you want switch specialty from frontend to backend then it can be tricky. If your company will let you switch roles that is usually the better option. I have known one person to make the switch but he had to take a pay cut for a year while he gained experience.
