Tim you should get Ben to fit an air suspension front axle on the R series. No more breaking splitters and have the truck lowered to the deck at the shows.
Hey Tim, try replacing the red lights in the top light bar with clear lights. I think that would look better and match the lights on your wind deflectors. The red Volvo at 24:30 in this video has those clear taillights.

You really need to fit air bags on the front of your truck. Saves the splitter and you can drop the truck to the deck. I drove from rugby to Scotland on Tuesday night and Scotland to London Wednesday night on a 10 hour drive. Living the dream

How's your splitter. Me and the lad spotted a potential problem area near the showground where it could potentially rip off your splitter. One car transporter scraped along this problem, with the end slingshots trailer very nearly scraping on it as well!. I guess we will have to find out when we visit tomorrow!!

Does anyone ever tune truck engines for more bhp or fit bigger turbos ect? I have never seen anyone doing this so just wondered if its even possible? I know they aren't high revving and have speed limitations but im just curious.
It may be worthwhile having a 2nd splitter at Darrens all ready to go. Then you can swop out the splitter and let him repair the one you just broke!

thats why you have air suspension on the front axle, just lift it up and don't scrape anything :P very handy when the bullbar is low in the front :p

Yeah people are getting 900bhp from scania engines in UK with bigger turbos etc
