Thanks Flavia for bringing Coach Majo
Being a finance person, i always ignored Coach Majo's videos but somehow this one kept coming up and i was let me listen ko just for just. But guys, i have been a shamed and humbled😔, you can never know everything. Thanks for sharing the Tactics
Awww thank you my dear, we can always learn from each other🎉🎉
Black Tax has long been a part of our reality, and often, it can be a barrier to achieving personal goals. While it’s almost unavoidable, thanks for sharing ways to navigate it effectively. what has stuck with me i.e try using a delay tactic that allows you to support gradually, offering only half when possible, and providing help in a structured, sustainable way to lead to a great balance between supporting others and reaching your own goals. Thanks Flavia & Marjorine
I really needed this coz I’m that person who gives even when I don’t have😢😢
It's actually The African Tax not the Black Tax.
👌👌
Plz Flavia bring her back for another episode
We need more of this
Thank you so much dear 😊
Thank you dear❤
I feel like this video was God sent to me!!!..... 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Thanx to you both 🤗
Very Very important conversation.......Eye opener....Thank you Mrs. Kabura
We are facing this at home, my husband was supporting his family in everything even when soap is finished at their home ,he sends money, any issues that the family has they call him. Now he got job issues and he's stressed and has no one helping him in this tight situation,
What of them he have been helping. Do they give a hand? Need to see something
@@kasasadennis6652such people don’t help when you also get issues. They just say kale gundi used to have money
Your husband has been helping people who have a demon of entitlement,, such people do not appreciate or even remember what he did for them,, let this be a lesson,, may God help your husband to get back on his feet again,,
money mondays🔥🔥🔥My two mentors....u have really transformed my life... May God bless u ❤❤
Thank you dear❤❤
Thank you so much Flavia
we need more of this. thxs
That blazer is icy!!! Girl!
Thank you ladies, I appreciate your the message and your time
Black tax sent me into depression. My own mom threatened to take her life after i said I didn’t have more money to send. I choose my peace of mind now. I accepted to be that mean relative from abroad ✌️
That's emotional black mail,, your mom shouldn't do that to you
This is disrespectful. All due respect, I truly wish Africans would stop this. The real Black Tax is referencing actual laws, mandates and actions taken by the United States against we Freedman post Emancipation to current times, such as jim crow, BLACK laws, pig laws, red lining, covenant laws, gentrification, hyper enforcement, military attacking and looting of our successful communities and more...not greedy family members begging for money from another country. What you all are experiencing is the African Tax, respectfully. I wonder why you refuse to call it what it actually is instead of seemingly attempt to co-opt a Freedman experience term?
Brilliant conversation Flavia. Thank you!
A very nice topic
Loving the discussion. Viewing from Nairobi
Nice topic
🎉 well done girls
Can I say a word for a wise is enough .
I have a brother who borrows money from our younger siblings and elderly parents without ever paying it back. He even asks for transport money via mobile money to come and visit at home .He will even ask for transport on mobile money to come and visit home.
Your brother is taking advantage of your kindness,,
So interesting thanks badearest keep it up , this what what am going through , the fact is helping Any howly delays one to success
When it comes to black tax, always remember that givers have to limit on how much they give because takers don’t put a limit on how much they take.

7:00 You're shows we're supposed to be interesting, however, you instead over dominate with you personal stories/experience, yet as a host, you're supposed to be asking questions instead. So you look like you're part of the interviewee/guests and not the host.
On the contrary, she gives very little personal input (opinions or experience) in her shows and sometimes more of this would be appreciated and not condemned
@@amandlakarungi By interjecting, she limits the guest's/Interviewee's input, because 1. Time is taken and also flow is interrupted
@@inspirationalgospels I understand. I see a lot of this on many shows where a guest is invited and the host continuously interrupts them and we miss what they were saying. I just don't usually see it with her.
@@amandlakarungi Seeing is a choice, so you not seeing it, doesn't not mean it doesn't exist. If you want to see better, watch a moderated interview/presentation and you will have a better perspective. Some examples you can watch; nbs Frontline, morning breeze at nbs, Hard talk, CEO Insights on RUclips etc).
