That clerk needs to be arrested.
IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!
They need to investigate this man asap
If it was declined there'd be no cash back, correct?
I’m glad she called him out Cory is his name Yall I wish I knew the city and state
@rodlink6258 That's what I'm saying.
Think about it, this guy said to her "I guess she didn't want her cash back😳! What? What about "stop that lady, she forgot her cash back!!!
Exactly!
He's playing the part
I was in Aldi last week. I always tally up my purchase before I get to the register. I had five items and it came up to $48.73. I informed him that my total should be $28 and change. He then deleted whatever he had on there and blamed it on the register. Hmmm.
That is exactly why I peruse my receipt prior to leaving and raise hell if anything is out of order.
This happened to me at Family Dollar. I saw a receipt sitting at the edge of the counter while he was using the hand held scanner and scan each of my items. I saw him very quickly hit the scanner over that receipt? 🤨When I stopped him and asked him what he just did, he tried to pretend it was a mistake and took the extra item off my total. Sometimes they will try to rescan an expensive item too.
GOOD FOR YOU!!💯👍👏👏👏👏👏👏
I would call the law on his azz!! Glad you reported him....
This occurs a lot at bodegas in NY. I stopped using my debit card all together, because I don't want to go to jail for hurting somebody...
Wow Has The Store Been Reported???
I'm So Sick Of All The Shhhhhh Going On In New York !!!!!!!!
Poppy always has the Louisville slugger behind the counter lol, don’t play with him
@@jaydrains2247 Poppy's Louisville is no match for a bullet. And if Poppy don't want the bs they shouldn't try scamming the customers.
you must use a debit card and a pin to get cash back you must ok any cash back and its not possible to get 100 cash back in most all if stores 10 20 or 40 its a free atm basically dont know what happened here maybe it wasnt a debit card
I get all my receipts too
Be careful out there. People are desperate. Unable to pay their bills & feed their children. Everybody can b a victim if you are not paying attention. Be careful
Exactly. These scammers really target the most vulnerable: women, children and disabled, poor and elderly people. People in major urban areas also have to be wary of migrants who are participating in criminal activity.
Sorry, I doubt it’s the parents of children, it’s the entitled gimme that losers. I had 2 jobs to cover my bills and necessities, don’t blame us. It’s the gimme generation.
@@amechealle5918 no it’s not, it’s a new day in age 😂 y’all old ppl need to stop comparing y’all lives to ours. EVERYTHING is different now
@@itsjordierimaj what are you, a gangster? A new day in age? Pretty sure you mean a new day AND age. Did you sleep through school? You must be part of the gimme generation…good luck, when your generation is the ruling generation there will be twice the problems there are today. Half of you couldn’t even pass a world in review test because your so fixated on what you want.
This happened to me at a gas station. After I left, I received an alert from my bank regarding $100 transaction, I went back with my receipt, and the cashier couldn't explain, so yes, be careful and always get your receipt
Yep..smh .Same thing just happened to me at a gas station last week
It is on Aldi because he is their employee.
Exactly, he represents the store while he's on the clock, cut the check !
No: be diligent like she was, Aldi is not all knowing.
Exactly he is their employee... I think we as Black people some how are forever seeing s the good side of people or businesses when our Enemies come into or areas and destroy everyone no matter innocent or not. They are heartless if we want to get ahead we have to stop being so nice they could care less about us.
We know that, she was trying to look out for them and not encourage people to stop shopping with them because of one guy. Yall are dense...............
@@raykane2063 Lmao I try to teach black people, if we ignored them for a month. They probably all go into shock, they hate not getting a rise out of black people...
Always get your receipt for everything, she should have called the cops on that thief, if it was the other way around they would call them on you.
Those cashiers will try to keep you engaged in conversation while they knowingly give you back the incorrect change too. I had left out of the store and when I counted my change in the car, it was short. I went back inside and told that same cashier that he didn't give me all of my change. He looked at the receipt, opened the register and gave me back my extra $20 change without any questions askednor an apology. Now why would he do that instead of having the manager count the drawer if he didn't already know that he had shorted me? He tried to be slick...didn't work though.
😮
I use a card thats always at 0. When i make a purchase, i instantly put funds on it in the amount i need just before using the card. So, if i get scammed, aint shii on it anyway 😂
Wow Smart move I think im start doing that as well 😂
Just use credit cards. I never use my debit card unless I’m withdrawing cash at ATM
B sure to tell people also that those type of cards charge to put $ on them , and they charge to make purchases each time. Cmon now, I'll pass on that one. Just get a receipt .
Tip: I have my online banking set up that I get a notification to my phone every time I make a transaction, and it tells me exactly what was taken. I used to get a text. Do seek out those features as well.
Same I gave text and email.
Limits set up etc.
Me too
me too. I set mine with limits also.
Never...never use a debit card.
You shouldn't ever have to ask a cashier for a receipt. The receipt is automatically part of the transaction. It is your proof of purchase before walking out the door. When a cashier asks if we want a receipt we should ask what kind of nickel and dime operation is this?
I’m noticing stores are not automatically giving receipts lately, specifically drive thrus and other stores will ask if you want a receipt. Yes! Give me my receipt!
I’m a cashier and I always give out a receipt I put it in their bag if they don’t want it or not some customers will say I don’t need a receipt I’m fine I put it in their bag anyway and there’s always a video recording of me doing it and we always review video so a customer can’t say they didn’t get a receipt our cameras catch every detail we can see exactly what bill was handed to us and how much change we gave back because that’s how close we can zoom in and my boss has the monitor in front of him on his desk see everything that goes on this guy shouldn’t have been so stupid to even risk doing what he did
@@aishanjgirl07 YES!!! FACTS!
I notice they are asking now if you want a receipt, I always say yes.
@@joannejennings7649 yeah. I think I'll start asking for a freebie when they ask that.
I hope the damn thief goes to jail!🙄😡😤🤬🤷🏾♀️😎
AGREED 👍 💯‼️🤬
Aldi cashier always ask b4 they finish scan ur groceries you pay with card or cash if you say card they tell you go ahead and swipe b4 the total appears but I always tell them when you’re finish I will know how I’m paying 🤔
Good reason to use. Thanks!!
the screen will ask if you use debit if you say no it dosent allow and usually 40 dollars max stop and shop maybe more and they take ebt cash had to be a non bank card
They are also doing this at gas stations. This happened to me at a gas station, maybe 2 months ago. My total was $30, but was declined. I looked at the declined receipt, and it looks like I was charged $130. I told the cashier she charged me the wrong amount, and she quickly apologized and rung me up again. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT!
What gets me is they know that there’s cameras watching everything they doing at the register and they still try to cheat people
Every time that I use my credit card, I am extremely nervous. I go to much older cashiers who are generally unaware of how to use technology for evil Some cashiers use scanners. It's so dangerous.
Another thing that’s happening is that cashiers don’t give you all your bags. This happened to me twice at two Family Dollar stores. I had picked out a cute jogging outfit for my little great niece who was in need of clothes. I also bought lots of cleaning supplies and detergent. She gave me all my bags, so I thought. She even held a conversation with me about how cute the outfit was. When I got home I didn’t see the bag with the outfit. I was so mad because my niece was coming over and I wanted to surprise her with it. I drove back to that Family dollar and went off. I told her that she withheld my bag with the outfit and did not give it to me when she was handing my bags to me. They tried to quiet me down and act like I was crazy and forgetful. I accused the cashier of theft. A little store manager was at the store but she kept trying to quiet me up. So I told her to call her boss. They said that she wasn’t there and that they would have to call her. I told them to call her. Then they started acting like the system was down at the corporate office…no one was answering the phone. I stood there and called corporate and never got a live person…just transferred from one department to another. All the customers watched as this unfolded. They knew that I was right, but they didn’t get involved. I tried calling the corporate office for days and still was not able to speak to anyone or to leave my complaint.
Did you get your stuff back?
I would have called the police made a report and he definitely wouldn't be working for Aldi no more he probably been getting away with this before SMH cant trust nobody glad she caught this be careful and always get a receipt stay safe yall
You know that happened to me at the dollar store, but mine didn't decline I also caught it, and hit no cash back it keep prompting cash back. She said it had been happening all day I keep telling her to cancel the purchase she said it was already in there. I told her to get the manager the manager canceled the purchase, and I went to another register everything was fine at the next register same card no problems.
Watch out at over the counter sandwich stores. The cashiers are adding tips for themselves. When I looked at the receipt, I saw the tip on there.
That’s straight up stealing! He needs to get arrested! Thank you for the info!
I hate to bring bad news, but we live in a “cheating culture” today. Just about every company I do business with does it. Ever really scrutinized your phone bill? I did for a year after my carrier jerked me around when I added a line. In those 12 months, not a single bill I received didn’t tack on unwarranted charges. Not a lot. $3 here, $2.50 there. But they are doing it to all of their customers. In the aggregate, that is a staggering amount of cash. What’s worse is I was averaging about 15, yes 15, hours per month trying to correct those bills. It was being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time, then transferred to explain again, then hold, then disconnected only to have to start all over. After that, I started noticing it everywhere. Corporate America and its bottomless greed is our true oppressor, not each other.
Also stores that offer digital or personalized coupons often don't allow those to go through at the cash registers. If you are buying many things it's hard to know what the true total should be. I go back to customer service the next time I am in the store and get a refund.
WOW! But they claim WE are the thieves....
👍🏾
Exactly!!!
Yup exactly. I’m getting tired of Walmart.
@@ericmanso7355 Lol! I see what u did there. Good one!
YES, IT IS WHITE PEOPLE ROBBING ALL THESE BUSINESSES FORCING THEM TO CLOSE.
Yep
That happens to me in target i gave the cashier $50.00 dollars bill. My product only cost $20.00 dollars.
The cashier told me i only gave her $20.00 dollars. I ask to speak to her manager because i know the serial number on my $50.00 dollars bill.
Plus i told the cashier i know the serial number on my $50.00 dollars bill.
The cashier got scared reopen the cash register and gave me my $30.00 dollars change back.
So people be careful
What l do if giving cashier a large bill l say out of the amount l’m handling them.
Thank you for sharing. I will definitely start checking my receipts at all stores. We are attacked on all sides. DAG!!
Caro, it is time to use cash , cold hard cash because it gets dicey when you notice things after the fact. we are all in a hurry
This is why I never-ever shop with my debit card. Strictly credit card only.
Agreed, especially for major purchases. It seems that too many of our people don’t qualify for credit cards and only have debit. I guess their best bet is to just use cash. Checks have been long gone in retail.
What’s the difference ? I prefer debit because it’s instant.
@ashasun6620 the credit function doesn't have a cash back option so that way no one can take extra. It bypasses the pin.
40 is usualy the max cash back and rarely is it stolen
@@ashasun6620There is less recourse with a debit card than a credit card.
That’s the good thing about using cash app card. You can control how much you spend on the card and lock it after you use it
i dont think 100 is allowed only on cash app not debit and still 40 is usually the max the store pays a fee on that so they say yes and the customer says no and thats how it works but its on the receipt unusal but it can be traced and the cashier has the name on the receipt
This is why I always add up my items, including tax so I know what to expect. I tell my sons to do the same thing.
These are hard times
A lot of peoples morals go out of the window
Stay vigilant and use discernment

I think these are also lazy and sinful times. People are willing to steal to make it easy on themselves. Total disregard for how this affects others.
@@MONEYAINTATHANG100 ✊🏾
@@user-zl4rr1ic7wwell stated and regardless of what religion you believe most apocalyptic texts suggest sinfulness will grow.
Point is we should personally, as communities and local governments take a preemptive approach to crime since it will get worse before it gets better.
especially if they are an addict of some kind. Not saying that is what happened here, but its a reality. People do crazy things.
She just did an update video where basically she says she's getting unauthorized transaction alerts on her card.
Possible identity theft.
This has me questioning all the places that be claiming they can't print a receipt for whatever reason. Shoot makes you want to just use cold hard cash.
I always get a receipt as well as check my grocery as it’s scanned, along with the total . Also I never put my PIN# in, I always bypass the PIN and use as credit.
yes credit dose not allow cash back must use a pin and 40 max usually if you say no cash back can not be stolen this was another format of debit
ALDI doesn't allow credit. You have to use your pin for purchases.
That's why I always use cash!
Exactly! ✌️
@@beckystarrski
You feel me, go to the bank get my cash and spend that!
I never use a debit or credit cards!
the only way they can cheat you is give less cash back you must use pin and authorize never heard of 100 cash back maybe in stop ans shop ebt takes in self serve also@@tymello501
CORY SHOULD BE FIRED
END OF STORY and an apology in person to THE LADY
My my the scamming game is getting wider and wider. The Most High God will indeed hold them each accountable on the great day of judgement. Thanks for sharing.
good you warn people about that. I went to my local grocery store and saw on my reciept a donation to some wierd app when i paid w/card asked the cashier about it and she said she didnt know how that got on there or what donation was for never heard about it before.
Yes that is true. That happened to my neighbor. That was good that your cellphone gives you an alert.
OMG!!! Thank you for sharing this because I stopped paying attention to the total price when food prices when up but now, I need to start paying attention.
He tried it with her her got caught
Best to add your purchases in your head before hand. Then check receipts after purchase!
Good she's warning people, I'm wondering why she didn't start with warning the poor lady that walked off after being robbed by the cashier wow.
Always get your receipt known what you buy ❤
I try to go to self checkout, I prefer to handle my own transactions if I have that option.
❤ Thank you. I tried to share this video multiple times, it will not go through. I've never had a problem like this before.
Ty. Helpful info! Especially for senior citizens.
Wal-Mart cashiers have been known for that.
No they haven’t. Walmart cashiers are highest paid employees in the store. Stop lying on the internet.
@@crystalsplace7163 Lying? It happened to me too, there, Bozo!
@@crystalsplace7163the East Indians working at Walmart here in Canada are notorious for stealing from customers.
i doubt cash back is allowed in walmart although target allows 40 so maybe same at self serve must be debit
Always look at the receipt while you are at the store, don't trust people to be honest.
Just because they work they work there doesn't mean they swore to not steal from everyone!
Pay attention to everything you spend and get & read your receipts like they are Good books before you leave that store/ facilities.
Don't you need to enter a pin number for cash back
Maybe she used her pin for her payment, and then he could add the cash back
@@Elleliza3501yes you put your pin in
It asked her if she wanted cash back and then it disappeared because he clicked $100 on his register.
If you enter your pin to process it as a debit, the cash back option activates. When I shop at Aldi, I self checkout and no matter where I go, I use the credit option because that locks out the cash back option.
maybe but if you chack the receipt u see thay and 100 is unusual thes tore dosent have to give that much cvs is 40 max@@ashasun6620
BEWARE!!! It happened to me at 7-11 store and another store in Virginia...
I’m glad she caught him. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you, I need to check my receipt before leaving the register.
Always get your receipts because you need to check it for any errors. Sometimes they ring up an item twice.
I agree with everything said. You can be scammed for the most simplest things when least expected and not fully being alert and aware! When going shopping, being proactive simply by using the calculator on your phone to do quick math -- knowing what amount you're getting ready to shell out is always key. Save your self and let the math do its job before landing at checkout.
That's one thing. Using cash app..I could never understand why people use that card in their daily life. The pad for cash back is in front of u. Not the cashier. You are in control. If, u want cash back . 😢
Various reasons why ppl use Cash App, PayPal, Chime, etc daily.... What type of comment is this??😂
Cash app moves billions
Because it’s not as slow as the banks.
@ashasun6620 Well. I guess I'll be patronizing slow banks . With people u can actually talk to in person and not a telephone.
Definitely Should've Not Tried this on a Sista!!!
How about if it's just wrong to steal from anyone? God says it best "no stealing". Period.
@@user-zl4rr1ic7w "god" Didn't say Sht!!! Did u Personally hear him???🤨🤔
That is an ongoing problem. We are being robbed daily by these people. Check your change always and know the cost of your items.
Ask for a receipt every time! And if they ask, "Do you need or want your receipt?", those are the ones you particularly need to watch out for. Pretty sketchy.
He cant. Picked he wrong consumer
TO DAY THEY LOOK AT YOU WENT YOU ASK FOE A RECEIPT THEY ARE CRAZY
Yes, some of them TRY to be slick and withhold the receipt. I'm NOT having it!
Thanks for the warning.
That’s why I love self service tills
That's crazy because the lady at the gas station charged me $19 for my three lotto tickets, I went back inside an asked why was the lotto $20? She said, O' I was waiting for you to come back in to give your change back‼️😡
This happened to me several years ago at a dollar tree and several $s were spent at Rite Aid and another store! I try to use cash as much as possible.
Always get a receipt!! I notice now they ask do you want a receipt, always say “Yes”.
That's why I like to use the self checkout, especially at Walmart. If I am returning something I'll ask for a store credit card. Don't trust these lowlife workers who look to rip customers off.
Very well said. I even get a receipt from self service gas stations checking the gas amount and gallons on the screen and my receipt.
This is why I still use cash. At least while I’m still “allowed” to.
Happened to me at Whole Foods!!!

Thank you for this very important video. Yes! Receipts always and look at it before walking out of the store. Walmart is another place to be aware of.
Thank you BOTH!!! 😢
Thanks for the heads up so that we can stay cautious 🧐
Makes no sense if it declined her card.
Thank you! A real thinker and observer..
I’m guessing that if she’d had an extra $100 available on her CashApp & wasn’t paying attention, the clerk would’ve pocketed the extra $100. But since she didn’t have it avaiable, it didn’t go thru altogether. But in the end, who knows how much of anything is 💯% believable nowadays.
Pay with cash only frfr
luckily i get text and email alerts after transaction
Thank you for this PSA...❤

Yep. That happened to me too. However cashiers have been trying to get LIGHT for decadws now! They try it in the grocery stores, banks, check cashing places, etc. And simw if the managers and cashiers are in on that shyt TOGETHER. Better watch your Ps and Qs bc mfers out here are SHAMELESS!!!! 🤔But how did he get the $100 if she had insufficient funds? That makes no sense to me.

This is why I’m only using a credit card, no more debit cards!
Thank you for sharing this information l am going to be on the alert 😀
Don't use a debit card w/pin#. Use cash if possible. Always get & check your receipt. Use self checkout when possible ✌🏾
