This time in January 2019, none of us knew all that was to come in this video. What a journey these two characters have taken us on. It was a really good reason to return to watching EastEnders. Well done Max and Tony for Ben and Callum - they have helped put EastEnders back on the right track.
Exactly and now we are here waiting for this two wonderful guys who are perfect for each other to get back together. Yeah they and all the other storylines are the reason I came back and am never leaving again

@@Luna-dv5uz yeah I do I love it as much as I love eastenders so yeah I remember them and their own rollercoaster. Yeah they always did but Ben and Callum will actually get their happy ending because they seem more realistic and a bit better no shade on emmerdale it's just my opinion

@@Luna-dv5uz amen to that for them and in my opinion it's a lot deeper than that even in Ben and Callums case so they will be fine and back together in no time with the rest of their real family IE Jay Lola and Lexi Peggy etc who will never be ripped apart from each other ever again no matter what happens they are always going to choose each other over everything and anything as well as anyone else. This is only temporary and happening at the moment due to the whole sheanu shit situation and Ben thinking that ripping himself apart from them was the right thing to do to protect them from all of it and Phil. Who again I know will be told to fuck off and stay away from them forever and always no matter what happens

dazz ling Ben didn’t break up with Callum bc he didn’t want his love, he said those words bc he knew that those words were callum’s weak spot and it would make Callum let him go. Ben did what he did bc he grew up fighting for his dad’s love and trust and he’s finally got it now, it sucks that he had to break callum’s heart in the process though. Ben didn’t want to break up with Callum bc he loves him, but in his mind, to earn his dads love, he had to, he also wanted to protect Callum
Lubina Exactly, and that’s what makes the situation so heartbreakingly tragic. Ben is between a rock and a hard place. Yes, he could have handled things with Callum differently, but Ben also struggles to get acceptance and love from his father (ironically, just like Callum w/ his dad but for a different reason), so he feels he has no other choice but to push Callum away and be an *sshole to him.

Unpopular opinion: I am finding current Ben thrilling to watch. His spiral downwards is fantastic, horribly unstable. When Phil finds out he failed to get Keanu killed, and Ben is rejected once more, he will hit rock bottom and see the light. His redemption will be amazing to witness unfold. This is the year he finally breaks free from Phil and embraces his future: Callum. Callum will help him pick up the pieces, putting the relationship on a deeper level.
No it's not I agree with you wholeheartedly. Phil is nearing his end of being a part of Ben's and his real family lives I know it and like u said Callum will be the one to be there for him just like Ben is for him when he was and is going through stuff. So yeah they will be back together in no time and better than ever

My, My!..what is happening in Eastenders? I have not watch Extenders since I moved to Canada in 2000 and I have not keep up with all the juicy stories until one of my co-worker during our Zoom meeting. She watched Eastendds and Corrie and boy she spilled the hot juicy story about Ben and Callu,..man I am hooked again. Been catching up a year worth of Ben and Calum! No regret !

That's it. This is amazing beautiful wonderful and perfect and shows them perfectly and how much they love each other and are perfect for each other. That being said I fully conclude that no matter what happens they will always be together and get through anything and everything together forever and always no matter what happens they will always get through it together forever and always no matter what happens they will get their happy ending. I really thought Ben was going to be a better person but he didn't care about Callum enough. Wouldn't it be something if Callum returns with someone he met when he was away mending his broken heart. I'd LOVE to see that!

I'm new in this ''Ben & Callum World'' and the last weeks sit down and watched their story uncovering. So at the beginning I was like ''oh man, Ben looks a great bloke with lots of humor and I hope that Callum will accept himself and go for Ben''. Then it happened, Callum accepted who he is and even fought to start a relationship with Ben. Then it was great for a while and it looked really good and now Ben fucked up everything. Callum changed his whole life which was something he really needed to do in order be himself, but what an idiot Ben must be for acting so terrible to Callum. Callum is wrong, Ben is already in love with him cause falling in love with someone is not a choice. He is responsible for his actions and we all saw what actions he is capable of. Like to set up a trap which drove to the death of one person. We are the things we choose to be and he chose to be such a person. Callum is right. Ben broke with him because he is afraid of his feelings, not to protect him. Besides when you love someone you count on him, you trust him and you fight together. Callum is gone and hopefully the new year will bring a new man in his life.
