Thomas Hernandez -- In the very first scene of this video, where Ben is saying, "I miss him so much...", Ben was specifically talking about Paul Coker. The scene comes from a July 2019 episode in which Ben received a sympathy card from Pam and Les Coker reminding him about Paul's death, and that their thoughts were with him. Paul Coker was murdered in July 2016.
