The scientists and security guard are from the high definition pack (not the fat guard). Most weapons are from the high definition pack. The ones that aren't do not have an upgraded version. The environment is all the same though.
4:59 the guard says "have you seen the new IG88" thats a star wars reference becuase IG88 is a robot bounty hunter.atleast i think he says IG he could have said ID i don't know
@MrPs2masters Well, the thing is - first the military (Hazardous Environment Combat Unit to be precise) were sent to "solve the problem" (they represent the Government). They have to eliminated every single witness and alien in BM. The Black Ops on the other hand are not HECU and they are not sent by the Government. You can say they are something like terrorist or whatever. Nonetheless both military and Black Ops have the same goal - destroy BM and everything in connection with it.

This is waht happened: The combine destroyed the vortigaunt's home, and when they invaded earth, the vorts agreed to destry them so they could go back to there home.

I bought HL:OP from Steam yesterday and I too, have got the "old" models / skins of weapons. Why is that? PS2 Half-life have these updated skins of weapons.
Why did the original Half Life have rag-doll death effects yet this one, newer, has static deaths (Like if an enemy dies on a hill, they don't roll down the hill like a rag-doll)?

I simply love how in this game the wrench is practically a one hit kill, at least up to the Vortigaunts.
