Off Grid Cooking: Sun Oven Homemade Bread

  • As I said in the last video (Chili Mac) I also made some homemade bread in the Sun Oven. It was later in the afternoon so I didn't get the chance to completely cook the bread as much as I would have liked to...but it still turned out great!
    The Augason Farms powdered butter I used was not all that great, but not terrible either. The little bit of added honey made it quite a bit better.

    Should i use less water in dough ? Because i heard cooking in solar ovens requires less water ?

      I added about a tablespoon, but next time I will probably add more lol...maybe 2 or 3
