I bought mine about 10 years ago, and thank God every time i look at it, particularly sine it costs almost twice than what I paid for mine. They sure work well. I'm thinking of setting mine up and doing some roast chicken on a bed of garlic, Mirepoix, white wine, and button mushrooms with some herb wild rice... YUM!

@bigbearhomestead Nope! It was my wife's friend who cooked it. She just threw it together, but it was awesome. Probably cooked three hours but came put perfectly.
Guessing the unit does not have any ability to adjust for the tilt? As you never mentioned what you used for that
We are sorry, that we didn't show that, it has a t bar on the back that you can raise or lower to give you the tilt you will need. We will make sure we cover that in the next video. Thanks for bringing that to our attention and thanks for watching
The newer ones have a peep sight to set for maximum sunlight.
