It seems like the plantation Police Department are dragging their feet on this one. They have the surveillance video of the murder and would most likely be able make out the faces of the suspects and at the very least get the tag , make and model and go start kicking in doors with the help of the public. It would probably have been wiser for him to just drive off and escape danger
