If a student threatens to kill another student. They should be expelled period. Esp with the way things have been going with school shootings the last several years. Kids say dumb things, but you can't go around threatening to kill someone with a gun. It would be a Hard lesson learned for the kid and their parents, but also the right call, because who would feel safe after that kind of threat?
Lots of bullying going when a little boy has only his Mother. No uncles were interested in my Son on BOTH SIDES.. both Grandfather's were self absorbed and BENIGN. Very, very DIFFICULT JIB raising Boys AND Girls especially when the woman is poor. Poor, you say? YES. The WORKING POOR.
The parents of threatened child must file charges to get this incident on the offending urban vermin’s record. That way, he will no longer be a first-time offender.

They don’t know any of the curriculum, they couldn’t scream at the teachers to get back in school loud enough, violent enough. they had every chance to control what their child learned in the environment that they learned it in, they said no. Now they’re demanding to control what the children learn, the teachers can’t talk about anything, but they have to be armed to be prepared to shoot a child shooter.
It’s easier said than done if both parents have to work to have a decent up bringing for the child how can the kids be homeschooled? Also if the parents don’t have the tools and knowledge it sets the child for failure, also if the child lives in a dysfunctional household, that puts the child in more threat. It’s harden than a lot of people think 💔

kids have always made open threats like this even when i was in middle-high. difference is these days they actually do it.
