I ❤ the FCX18 !!! Staight up performers right from the box, NO mods needed. Only thing i did to mine was put high clearance links to overcome the short coming of it being a long bed. After that it WAY out performers the Traxess, unless you dump A LOT intto it. But if you do that and then put same amount into the FCX, the Tracxess LOOSES again.
In real life usage, long wheelbase trucks are much more practical truckwise due to having longer beds or larger interiors at expensive of maneuverability or garageabiliity (if that's a word 🤣) But in a rc crawler having shorter wheelbase is a huge advantage for breakover & departure angles and maneuverability. All other things being equal.

Nice vid! Think I'd pick the high trail out of the 2. Just don't like the long wheel base of the fms. Just my opinion.
