This woman was a modern day Princess. ..RIP Audrey, you are gone, but never forgotten..
I will see you in heaven when my time is come.
When Gregory Peck was asked about Ms. Hepburn's billing in Roman Holliday, he said to his agent, she had better receive billing above the title with me, because she is probably going to win the Oscar for this performance. Who else has co-starred with such distinction opposite Cary Grant, Fred Astaire, Sean Connery, Gary Cooper, Burt Lancaster, Peter O'Toole and Rex Harrison? She was also a great humanitarian and a champion of the underprivileged.
I love her to pieces! If Marilyn Monroe is the epitome of sexiness, Audrey Hepburn is of elegance and grace.
what about Tara Reid ?
@@NCSheriff7 what? She's not even close to the goddess audrey hepburn. Tara is beautiful but not a good actress. If you tell me grace kelly or vivien leigh i could understand you but tara reid?
@@NCSheriff7 Lol

just 3 yrs till death
there will never be another one like her
Tara Reid also a good actress.
They don't make movie stars like her today. One and only!💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
She made the world a better place. She gave more than she took
wonderfully said, and a standard to look for.
Audrey Hepburn is a timeless symbol of both inner and outer beauty.
Audrey is the epitome of class. An example for all to aspire to. Thank you for allowing us to witness your journey on this planet.
Am I the only crying while watching this ? She was flawless. I have so much respect for this woman, for everything she was.
2023... Same here...
Great sense of humor Audrey has.
Just standing there Audrey exudes more class and elegance than anyone I can think of, there will never be another like her.

Whole lotta legends there.
She is the only one who ever made an acceptance so much fun to watch.
I love how they called Robbie Wolders her husband when they were really just living together. They felt as though they were married, but they felt they didn't need a piece of paper to define their relationship. That's so wonderful. May we all be so lucky to have the same in our lives. Much love to you Audrey, we miss you and thank you for every movie, every UNICEF trip, and every smile. Rest in peace.
She is beyond gorgeous. She is an eternal beauty. There will never be another Aubrey Hepburn.
Audrey
Nope, NEVER.
I love how she is so serious in the first part of her speech-you can hear a pin drop!-and then she breaks out into an adorable roll call of names.
Gregory loved her, there's no doubt. And the way she looks at him in the beginning touched my heart
I was heart broken when she passed away .I just loved her she was grace and elegance .
Absolutely glorious, kind, humble & stunning woman., they don't make women like this anymore unfortunately. To look that graceful & lovely at that age wod be a blessing.
such a deserving award.God! she was a masterpeice!
Love the way she looked down for a moment before her speech, just like what she did when she received her Oscar
...The embodiment of grace, style, and elegance. Those days are long gone in our land...never to return.
Films were just a medium for us to discover a beautiful human that was Audrey Hepburn

and gregory peck..ohh..my...what a time it was
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh My God. She is So Beautiful.
Audrey Hepburn really did work with the crème de la crème of Hollywood-the best directors-William Wyler, Stanley Donen, John Huston, Billy Wilder, Steven Spielberg, King Vidor, et al, and she worked with the best actors of the 1950s and 1960s- Cary Grant, Peter O'Toole, Rex Harrison, Gregory Peck, Fred Astaire, Sean Connery, Albert Finney, Burt Lancaster, Henry Fonda, Alan Arkin, James Garner, Gary Cooper and William Holden. No one has ever said anything critical about working with Hepburn. Moreover, as shown here, at the end of her life, she was consumed with going to remote areas of the World to use her celebrity to help starving and underprivileged children via UNICEF. She was a wonderful representative of the best qualities of the Hollywood community and an international star.
Wen did she work with Steven Spielberg?
@@flower_girl4983 "Always" (1989) her final film
She knows how to be so powerful and so humble at the same time!!!
People in hollywood should learn with her!
What an incredible lady. Surely she is missed in our time. Why do some angels get taken away too soon... when they could have done more on earth.
The epitome of grace and poise. Such a lovely soul.
3:21 my heart maltead with that laugh
I hope I'm that beautiful when I'm as old as she was.
Such a beautiful, kind, and generous soul ❤
the finest woman, the most elegant and the most HUMER :)
Audrey has a beautiful smile.
timeless and graceful lady. i adore her so much
Here Audrey Hepburn (one of the best dressed women in the world of all time) was wearing white evening gown of Hubert de Givenchy (one of the most famous fashion designers in the world of all time). So two points under her gown's chest are the darts not nipples ! This accident occurs when a dressmaker creates the darts too long at the princess lines on a dress.
no darts
MeMyIdea bro there nipples, it's ok she's still awesome
Marvellous Audrey, Beautiful, elegant, sweet, kind, full of grace -for ever loved.
God bless you Audrey Hepburn xxxx
Audrey is a Beautiful Angel 👑💍💕💎
I miss this great lady
what a truly amazing woman
Vivacious lady. Sad, sad day when she left us. But oh how glorious when she first arrived in our lives.
Audrey was lovely...
Thank you, AwardsShowNetwork, for sharing Ms Hepburn's acceptance speech. Would you perhaps in the future feature the presentation of the award by her leading men?
such class that hollywood sorely lacks now!!!
Happy 85th Birthday!!
She was one of my favorite actresses
OMG - that fast reading of the names with the smile afterwards was the most priceless best thing I have ever seen from an Award show - Does anyone know if that was ever done before ? or was Audrey the first ?
What a lucky lady, gorgeous to the very end.
One was George Peppard from breakfast at Tiffanys. The other was Richard Crenna from wait until dark. Both great movies.
The inside out beauty icon
Oh Audrey if only you are still around influencing us with your smile and hope. I love her so dearly. (She forgot to thank Albert Finney in her speech by the way)
Yeah, I too noticed Albert Finney's name was absent from her co-star list. They reportedly had a romantic fling while filming "Two For the Road" -- one of Audrey's best performances. She & Finney had great chemistry together on screen. (and maybe off too?)
Also missing from her co-star list was Ben Gazzara who appeared opposite Audrey in 2 of her latter films: "Bloodline" (1979) & "They All Laughed" (1981). She mentioned the directors of both films Terence Young (he also did "Wait Until Dark") & Peter Bogdanovich....but no Ben.
According to Wiki, they also had a fling while filming.
I Love her
what an inspiring and beautiful soul. An incredible woman.
Sometimes angels become humans to help humans become angels.💖💮💫55
She was beautiful in every film and she was stunningly beautiful even now. There will never be another Audrey. Thank you Audrey for every dance, every film, every interview and every moment you graced our screens and our lives. You are the most deserving recipient of this award. This was 1990. Now it is 2021. I love Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck in Roman Holiday....
ДАЖЕ С СВОИМИ ГОДАМИ ОНА СТАЛА ЕЩЁ ПРЕКРАСНЕЙ КАК ЛУЧИК СОЛНЫШКА
She was gift for our World 🥺💖

Breaks my heart that she only had 3 years left...gone much too soon. How I wish I would’ve been able to say I was alive during her time
Wspaniała aktorka kobieta przyjemność na Nią patrzeć zawsze piękna nawet tam w niebie
thats incorrect, she was never married to walders.
GREGORY PECK THE PERFECT MAN !!!!!
Qué preciosidad de mujer
Amen to that, also Fred Zinneman or Alfred Hitchcock.

Would've been marvellous if Audrey starred with Jimmy Stewart in a Billy Wilder or WIlli Wyler or Frank Capra film.
