At 3:34 I slowed it down to .25. After bam makes a nice jab step and gets his momentum going, the shoulder bump he hits grant with is pretty powerful, but for him to be able to only be pushed back one step from that, and immediately go up to block the shot, shows you how strong he is.
I think what is most impressive to me about this compilation is how many of these plays are from his rookie/sophomore season, and the playoffs. It really shows a) how preternaturally talented he is as a defender, especially in the post; and b) how his play holds up at the highest level and translates to team success in the post-season.
He could easily be a 15 point per game if given the shot attempts! Hes only going to get better at his age! Excellent get by the mavs! I cant believe the celtics let him go!

Celtics fan here. He's a great player and can fit a Desmond bane role (he's better off the dribble than you may think). Only concern is Luka and Kyrie dribbling the air out of the basketball and not giving the kid the chance.
Think Thybulle off the bench, Green starting. Can't have 2 non shooters with Kyrie and Luka. Thybulle would be great next to Hardy and Seth on bench unit though, hopefully we trade THJ for a center

Big Will n Josh Green are going to be tough on the Wing to score against, and I love the toughness GWill brings to the team that really needed a bully. The Defense will be solid with GWill, Green and Holmes in the starting lineup, plus all those guys can get a bucket too. Awesome pickup for the Mavs, and I hope JKidd uses GWill as a screener and get him on the high post some and not just put him in the corner.

Exactly what Dallas needed. Having him at PF and Kleber at C on those "small ball" type of games is going to cause other teams some issues. All Dallas really needs now is to ship THJ in a package for a legit center.
all thats left is a great center.. powell can be a bench player but he is not a starter worthy one.. he cant catch and very weak in the post.. his defense is average at best and he cant crash the boards.. basically he just doing cardio when he in the game

Maxi getting injured early in the season really destroyed their momentum, they were top 7 defensive team the previous season with the same defenders of DFS, Maxi, Bullock, and Green
