Truly appreciate how you’re bringing back the series to its former glory. I remember at the beginning when I could still remember almost every sneaker from your inventory based on last week’s episode. While I appreciate the fact that you were trying to push the series faster with the trades, it did kind of deteriorate the essence of the series. Given this, I think it would still be practical to try other usual reselling methods apart from thrifting in order to move the series forward and make it even more interesting. Love that you kept the viewrs in mind! I think a good compromise is use tradeblock for grails only and only use it when you reach a milestone on the collection fund! This will allow certain boosts at crucial points, and have grail sneakers for when you eventually trade for the Mags! Love the series Seth!

I think the trade block idea warrants its own series from the beginning! Like how people try to start with a pen and trade up to a house. Start with a $20 pair of shoes and try to trade up to mags or something along those lines. Maybe Tradeblock would even sponsor.
I think the shift away from Trades is a great choice, and clearly one that reflects your integrity as well as the value you place in the viewers/subscribers.

Not to make the opinions more polarizing, but I like the trading component! I think the series has had a nice progression from budget thrifts to rare thrift finds to high-value trades. Would you be able to use a proxy for Tradeblock so people don't find the RUclips affiliation? Then the trades would be more realistic and you could still keep trading a component of the series. All about balance!
You could also try to come up with "rules" for the trades in the series, for example if you take big trades you "lock" the sneakers to the collection and don't put them forward. Kind of like only trade pairs you really want to be keepers (for example the Kaws 4's). It limits the amount of trades you are tempted to take and you couldn't really abuse the trades to get your goal, but could still get awesome shoes to the collection and rise the overall collection value!

i think the talking in the store would be better if you get your initial reaction in the store as audio and then do a voiceover whilst youre still looking at the sneaker about the condition and the thoughts you usually have in your head. I always wondered what your reactions sounded like whilst in store (for example when you have a crazy find) and its cool that youre trying it out, though if you feel uncomfortable talking in the store i understand.
