- Results was mind blowing and insane. Truly surprised me with just a simple reflash. Exhaust note was sweet too.

ALL low CC Bikes come VERY LEAN so that they PASS Emissions. When you Un-Cork Bikes you ARE doing the Engine a Favour by GIVING it the RIGHT Fuel-Air Mix and Timing Tuned so the Bike CAN Behave the WAY IT SHOULD.
Stock AFR on new bikes are terrible for driveability and performance because of govt. try to "protect" us. Glad you got a good result, too. Agree that a fueller upgrade isn't worth it. Subbed. Cheers.

Your duke is very tired. You should have 44hp at engine stock, not 39. 39 is even lower than an R3 stock. And with ecu flash you should be reaching 50 hp.
R3 is 34 wheel horse power and pre 2017 390 are 40 wheel horse power. 2017 onwards they are 38 wheel horse power because of stupid emissions.

Hey man, nice upgrade, I'm gonna do that also to my 390 once I have the money, will smooth the curvature of acceleration and will optimize the mix between air and fuel, I notice the same in low revolutions, that sloppiness of the motorcycle, congrats on that, that's a huge improvement from the stock ECU.

I guess most dyno tune result already calibrated with powertrain lost.. so the result u get is at powertrain,not at the rear wheel..

When you compare dyno results you have to do it on the same dyno for the same bike. This comparison means nothing since you don't have numbers for your bike stock.
I think perhaps we are looking at power at the wheel (after transmission losses) and at the crank maybe?

dude. im using decat on my duke 390 v2. and ktm mechanic on my local dealership did some akra remap on my stock ecu. did you used a piggyback ecu? is it true that the mechanic said that stock ecu can be remap?
Nope I didn’t use a piggy back. Stock ECU can be reflashed but can’t be remap/ECU tune
@@Kickstandup What's the difference between remap and reflash? You have to change the entire ECU map to a new one and you can't edit the stock ecu is that what you mean?
If you will get a piggy back i suggest rapid evo cause it has an autotune feature, power tonic need a remap. Running pean is not ggod for the bike on the long term....how much does ecu refLash cost in malaysia? Nice vids btw...

I've just fitted "Rapid bike evo" with a decat, makes a huge difference to the rideability of the bike, recommended.

They are pretty much all like this from the factory. I got used to it but I also don't ride in the city much.

Slip on, and ECU reflash. Thats all. Biggest difference is the smoothness of the engine at low RPM after the reflash.
In India duke 390 comes with 43.8 HP..

Awesome! Just a question, did you manage to reflash the factory ECU with a new custom map?
Refreshed it ECU, but its not a custom map. Its like asking the ECU to re-read the airfoil ratio
You reflashed only because you put a slip on, right? Or is there value in reflashing with a stock exhaust?
Also, what exhaust are you using and have you changed the air filter?
