These two are so cute together! I really enjoyed the story behind this song. The singing trade off is so fun. She is really sweet sounding and a great storyteller.
Jewel is a well-spoken, endearing storyteller. I adore her spirit.
So happy for her that she gained a following in a coffee shop and was 'discovered'. I can't be envious because she is so deserving and inspiring.

Not flying to Alaska any time soon especially in November. None stop rain and snow side ways in south east Alaska this time of year. I spent 7 months last year and thought I would never get out of Icy bay Alaska from a logging camp .

Wow amazing story ..i wonder what year that was and wow what a amazing life i never knew she hichhiked all over she is so inspirational..I'm in love with her.and She sang the song way better it should be her song and that white boy can't sing.not like her.
He is apart of that story regardless. You’re not alone in loving her though. I grew up with my mom listening to her... my moms story was similar in traveling all over the nation, us being poor and yeah... touching song, if my mom passes for me some day this is likely one if play in memory of her

Can she ever sing tbe songs the way we know them in a live performance?? Its beautiful none the less but all them add ons and extra high pitched tones kinda ruin the song
I mean I get that but Jewel has this amazing talent for making the song BETTER when she does that... everyone gets an opinion so obivously you don't think that but I truly think they're better, and a lot of bands and singers that change the live performance so often ruin the song... I never thought that was the case with Jewel because shes too good
