- We're back! And we have the boys with us this time!! For the first time, we drove our RV (ELLY) to the cruise port, which is a neat experience!
This trip is to celebrate Cameron & Colby's 18th birthday. So this time we are taking a cruise more like a true family vacation. It has been two long years since the boys have been on a cruise with us and it feels great!
We drop out stuff in our cabins and head out to explore! First up is Shaq's Big Chicken as Jason and I couldn't wait to have more! We show the boys around the ship and take them up to Serenity... since that would be the only time during the week they could go up there. And we discovered a really cool RV park right there at Cocoa Beach / Port Canaveral... we have to stay there one day to see the cruise ships come in!
This is going to be an enjoyable cruise!

Love that this cruise is all about family and friend time, much respect for that. And LOL on that hot-hot-hot cruise deck. It was on our August cruise too!! Always a long lineup of ready to slip back into shoes near the aft pools on the Mardi Gras.
We were on Mardi Gras and will never go on it again.

Atlee ecstatic when Alyssa said that this trip was going to be less camera time and more family time and I think that is absolutely awesome it’s the boys birthday and there’s just times when you know what it’s not about your followers it’s about your boys and that’s awesome that you guys decided to do that! I pray you still did a lot of videos just for you guys not to post but just for you guys shame you don’t have someone that could just follow you all around and follow the boys around to video you guys as a family so you could enjoy just being a family and not holding the camera

That’s why it’s always a good idea to have water shoes because you can get in the pool or in the water and don’t have to worry about burning the bottom of your feet when you’re walking on the deck

We have watched the Marti Gras come in from Jetty Park last week. We are from Las Vegas & I woke my husband early to see the sunrise. We made our way to Coco Beach, Vero Beach & Daytona Beach. Then back to Orlando to meet our kids & grandchildren for all the Disney Parks. This Saturday I sail on Majestic Princess. My first cruise since the pandemic. Yippee

They all come out in the order they were filmed (99% of the rime anyway). We are ususally about 2-3 weeks releasing the videos from when they were recorded.

Hey Jason oh I love salads and I know the dressing is what has all the calories and everything in it. But I went to Karaba‘s one time and the herbs that they bring out to you and then the olive oil that you dip your bread in a lightbulb went off! And I was like that is like the perfect dressing so I would get them to bring me a little thing of the herbs and the bottle of olive oil and I would just put a little teeny bit of that on my salad and it would make it kind of moist and it would give it some flavor and you can put as much or as little on it but yeah if you take and they have to be fresh the herbs have to be fresh but it makes an awesome awesome dressing for your salad

That is awesome! I don’t want to get vaccinated for Covid yet, but I am not an anti-vaxer. In fact, I am vaccinated for everything else including Hepatitis A & B. I am just concerned with the speed of these efforts and the long term effects for a vaccine that we know so little about. Again, I am not criticizing those who got vaccinated, but I feel I want to wait until 2022 to give the research more time so we can understand its effects. I am happy for all of you since you are able to cruise. Stay safe!

San Juan is a cool city. Really enjoyed my visit there about 10 years ago.

Jetty Park also appears to be a favorite spot for those wishing to watch a space shuttle launch.
From the looks of it it looks like a lot of other people bring their big vans especially if they have large groups groups or they're on the go

Great to see the twins on a cruise again. Happy belated b-day. Curious as to why you book your rooms with 1 child/adult then switch on embarkation day. I too cruise with teenagers and want to know if it is an advantage 🤔. Sorry if it’s TMI.
Hi! Two reasons: 1. The cruise lines like to have an adult on each booking and 2. Jason can buy Cheers and I don’t have to. I don’t drink enough for Cheers to be worth it, but he does.

We love Amber Cover. We went there a couple years ago on Carnival and also went to an all inclusive. It was a very large 5bdrm, 5bath home with infinity pool. Only 12 couples could go. Great food, drinks and spoiled us rotten. So much fun and worth every penny.

Hi Jason and Alyissa. Jason, sorry to hear about your back going out. I also have back if issues and have to be careful. There are several videos on RUclips on how to "Decompress " your back while away from home. Take a pillow and place it under your stomach while drooping over a regular chair in your Cabin. Do several sets, relax and you will feel better. Also, go to the gym onboard and ly flat on your back and bring your knees to your chest. Have a great Cruise and feel better. 👍😎🍰🍺🍹🍸

I (Alisa) am a travel agent and Jason runs our RUclips channel. So I guess you can say we travel for a living. 99% of trips are not ‘vacations’ as we are working while we travel.

Now I am curious… why did she choose Cameron instead of Colby?
Most fruit is great on salads, strawberries, grapes,mandarin oranges, apples, pineapple some melons. However on the Islands when you're eating Anything with meats including Tacos, becarful and make sure you ask what the meat is, if the reply Jungle Chicken, just know you are eating local cooked Iguana! It's not really Chicken! Just what we have been told several times by different locals on different Caribbean Islands!

For the aft corner suite. Did your friends say if the noise below was a problem. I’ve heard that the 9th floor excel aft was on top of the brewery and that there’s loud speakers and live bands. So I just wondered if it was true. Thank you
They were on deck 10 so it was quiet there.

Was just watching your Harmony of the seas video. We are booked on Mardi Gras for thanksgiving but debating changing to Royal which we’ve never sailed. Which do you think is better for a 14 and 6 yr old, Mardi Gras, Harmony or Wonder of the seas?
