Susan I'm looking because small ranch was devastated by Helena in my 50s & widowed but graced with good children. I'm thinking about a few options , as I grew up N.D. it's was funny when you talked about botninue N.D.. My mom grew up there & they had a beautiful old Victorian .. Beloved Grandparents were tops good.I guess that's why I like 1900s in good shape ..I've done my gloves ECT. Don't mind updating but big projects nope. Thanks much Susan, your a joy to listen too.

You remind people to do there home work, get inspections , look to locals and police 🚔 departments for information on the area. You are as much fun as you are professional. Keep up the good work and keep cracking the jokes as you do your presentations.

Ur trying to help save, restore & revive homes, which is wonderful, but most of all ur trying to help "real people, & families, not more large corporations" to buy these houses. Ur advice is extremely appreciated & valuable, & for the time u put in doing this, I personally want to thank u for. We very much appreciate u, & ur efforts in reaching out, & trying to get the younger folks, or anybody really, to invest in real estate, & a home, instead of giving their money to a land lord somewhere. Homeownership is definitely the right way to go, the only way to go, if u can, & u prepare for it. Ur amazing, thank u very much for all ur hard work!
