Good video. Thanks. If you have ten cylinder head bolt and one hole needs to repair thread, then you you will have nine cylinder head bolts equals and one different. You could machine a piece with external threads and boreing it to make internal threads. So, ten bolts will be the same. Thanks for sharing. Regards from Mexico.
Thank you so much for your videos my Toyota Noah 1az cylinder block thread are not tightening and they are telling me to repair the thread and buy another bolt and the bolts are ok so what can I do.
Hello Peter like always enjoy your videos. Lots of this Toyota engines have this problem. There's a kit to repair those threads but the price is kind of high. Since you always fixing Toyotas may be convenient for you. I believe the engines affected are from 2002 forward. I am not an expert but when seen couple of this engines with same problem, plus plenty of web pages and forums talking about it. Toyota is not longer what used to be.
Please am using Hyundai Santa FE 2007 version and my car over heated and later the cylinders had some issues so it was smoothen to fit the downer part and now i have frequent overheating issues and water boiling in my reservoir. Please can you help me what i can do? Do I need a new engine or how should the cylinders be fixed please help me.
