I also have a ninja 1000 nd thinking of doing the same bt could u tell me if it is loud enough or should i go with a aftermarket exhaust as i want it to be loud but not very loud.
Not yet, the ECU also doesn’t need a flash for this decat setup. I do intend on getting a custom tune though but that’s also because I changed the gearing setup.

I’d try the decat with stock exhaust first. If it’s not loud enough you can always change the exhaust because that’s very easy to do

The baffles are still in the exhausts?
Yep, stock z1000 exhaust is mounted in this video. Sport exhaust without baffle would make more flames/bangs and noice to.
Is it flashed or programmed/optimized?
