Yay a new x Ray person to watch! I start clinicals in early May and am nervous but excited! Do you have to record all exams you do in clinicals? How do you remember them all?!

Hi!! Yay that’s awesome!! During our clinicals we do have to write down every X-ray we see! We observed, assist, demonstrate, and then we can comp! If you do not know what comping is it’s just when u do the exam all by yourself for a grade and you have to complete I think 57 different X-rays by the end of ur program (I could be wrong for the # so don’t quote me on that!) how I keep track of them is we write them down in our small note books we carry and put down what the X-ray was so let’s say a chest routine then why they came to get the X-ray so let say it’s for shortness of breath then write down if u observed, assist, or demoed then the name of the tech u worked with! Do not write patients name down bc HIPAA!! And we then go log all of our X-rays on trajecsys after clinical, this is just a website we use to clock in and out of our sites and put in our logs! It use to be on paper but now it’s online. Also ur tech that watched u comp should be the one to put in ur comp for you!! Sorry this is very long but I hope this helped you!! Also sorry if ur program does it different but this is how mine works!!😁🤍

This was actually informative! I have been trying to find for a RUclips vid like yours that really explains the ideas in this vid! 🙌 The part at 1:09 is my fav. Your content really reminds me of the content from this awesome Dr Ethan! Doctor's tips are for sure helpful and I really learned a lot for school!
