No. The actual lyrics are a lot of blabla about how love makes men tender and how love is the first duty of both men and women, spices the days, natures own, blablablabla. It is a very platonic scene, Papageno complains to Pamina that he doesn't have a sweetheart and Pamina says that he probably has a good heart/soul and then they sing this as a pair of day dreaming 12 year olds.
