Big question: why don't you pull the mini-boss before Gorek?
It's the most count-efficient enemy in the dg by far and many if not most of the cutting-edge keys I've looked at pull him with the 4 flares, the pack in the middle with the blacksmith and 2 Irontorch and the 2 lava bearers you snap down. Of course, I wouldn't do that to pugs, so I only pull the 2 lava bearers with the mini-boss, then pull the flares into the blacksmith.
Many pugs play like they've never fought the mini-boss and panic but it's just a few puddles to dodge every 20 seconds.
Is the added difficulty not worth the count at that level yet?
The mini boss is definitely an option, though specifically I would only ever add it if you plan to skip the first pull we did at the top of the stairs, otherwise it would add an entire pull to that area which wouldn't be time efficient. Even if you do end up skipping, there's definitely no consensus on if it's actually the correct play or not, especially on fort where you can get combo'd by the blacksmith and mini boss AoEs (which again you'd have to pull together imo for pull efficiency). Could potentially be a tyran tech though.
@@Tactyks Yeah I pull the miniboss but then I skip the last pack before last boss. I pull the blazewing pack with the lava mancer +warden up the hill instead.
