So I completed my Paramedic and am now certified through registry and my state. I never used this channel unfortunately. BUT this is exactly what the doctor order for continued education. What an excellent interview this was. Very thankful for this kind of content because it's almost non existent or you have to spend 500 dollars to go to some trauma seminar etc. Geeat stuff!

I think one of the most agrivating parts of the job as a EMT, is trying to find a pulse knowing one is there, but just not able to feel it.

This was pretty good. I would of love to hear his perspective on Ketamine Nebulizer. Down in texas is something that was discussed in the EMS conference. Great conversation, you guys. Hope to see him on the show again.

Hey coach. Great guest/podcast. It’s so rare (at least in my area) to find a physician to take the time to talk to us and give tips Ultrasound would be great. I can’t remember if u were still around when there was the ultrasound sign out at ops but we could only use it for fluid check in the lungs

Usually the A and B vanish from the ABC , good CPR in progress, nobody has checked and cleared the airway, nobody has improved the breathing with high flow oxygen which takes pressure from the heart (Blue hearts dont restart) .
You can do the best CPR in the world, if A and B are not in order, there will be no outcome.

I've literally been in heated arguments with medics on taking too long intubating.
