It is such a gift to have a husband who thinks like that...my husband is one of those guys...it is humbling to know he works 12+ hours a day to give us a decent life and to make sure we can homeschool our 4 kiddos.
MerMer Creations I’m the same, I start at 05.00 every day 6 days a week not home until around 20.00. But it provides my wife and kids the life I want for them
I am just sitting here binge watching all your videos. You have a heart of gold and treat these girls with such care...I love that you call her "love" "you won't fit through there" and then call her "silly sausage". One of my favorite terms of endearment you have used thus far!
Faith Read I was just going to say! I don’t know how I got here either, but I’m (strangely) glad I am!(?) 😅 haha! I don’t have cows but I love his personality and learning about the cows. It’s very fascinating!
IKR , the same thing happened to me and now I 've gotten my husband hooked too! Can't seem to stop watching it ...when I know I have a thousand other things I should be doing but...I'm the boss of me.
I used to work for newspaper delivery service in the early 90's and had to get up at around 1:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. It was miserable during the winter. But I'd get to see herds of deer and the legendary three legged 6 point buck, foxes and wild turkey's. One morning just before twilight I saw a hot air balloon rising above the trees like a beautiful old fashion lantern. I stopped the car an watched for a bit. One of the nicest memories I have of the time.
I had a similar job and yeah it's so cool that we got to see all the wildlife, etc that day people never get to witness. It's a whole different world at 3 am.
Your work ethic is to be admired, from before the sunrise to sunset busting your arse to both help these animals and provide for your family....you really are the epitome of a great man...your amazing and your content never has a dull moment, plus your videos are so well put together...whoever does your editing deserves a medal...but yes much love and keep being an awesome person...we need more people like you in the world 💯🤍🐮🐄🐎🪒
Yes! There was one in particular that would not lower her head! She watched each and every bovine friend walking up to and waiting for their turn in the crush. I think she is the ringleader! LOL❣🦃🦃🦃HAPPY THANKSGIVING ❣❣❣
What a shiny good looking new disk. Love the colour. It really does look like a piece of art. I always flinch a little when I see Iodine. About 6 years ago now a horse kicked an open bottle of it that I was holding and it went all over my face and down my neck. I had severe chemical burns from it on my face, eyes, neck and chest. It was the most painful experience of my life. I was blinded by it. Luckily we lived only about 14 miles from Brighton Eye Hospital at the time so had access to specialists within 30 minutes of it happening and had been constantly flushing my eyes with water whilst waiting for the ambulance. The eye hospital offered me to be part of a trial, onky the 4th person on it. I had nothing to lose, I'd already lost my sight and stood no chance of getting it back through normal treatment, so I said yes. Amazingly 4 days later I began to regain my sight. I was back driving within 6 months. At my 2 year check up, tests showed my eyes were back to how they were before the chemical burns. Just remember that if you are ever handling an open bottle or are leaning down to get a closer look at a hoof whilst spraying Iodine at the same time. It was a freak accident, but I still mentally struggle to use Iodine on the animals.
Homestead In The Highlands wow you poor thing that’s must have been so scary. I live in Eastbourne btw and have also been to the eye hospital in Brighton. Good luck to you and I am so pleased you have regained your sight, it’s such a gift...
Oh my god. What a horror story! But I'm glad you were able to get your eyesight back. Having read that... definitely makes me more cautious about handling iodine in my stable.
Graeme you're hilarious. I wish I had a quarter of your energy and enthusiasm at 4:30 AM with my job. ☺️ You always manage to make this Wisconsin city girl smile.
Me too..I love Graeme and his team; their dedication and passion for ensuring these cattle 🐄 are comfortable and not in pain is exactly what every farmer wants in a hoof trimmer../ farrier. Stressed cattle in pain don’t produce as much milk and are just not very happy…they must feel so relieved after Graeme’s visit..
I certainly hope your family doesn't take what you're doing for them for granted. Not just the work that you do, but your recordings that you make available to them. What I would give to have been able to watch my dad do what he loves as a job, and hear the thoughts of a man instead of only the thoughts of a father trying to be a good parent!
I tripped over the Hoof GP but his videos are fab, I fell in love with him and the cows from the first video. Hes always so positive. Don't change, you're lovely x
GRAEME, I just wanted to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!! Things have been bad for me the last couple years and recently found you (or you found me) and I put your videos on and find myself laughing and smiling for the first time in a while! I know you do what you do because you love cows(as do I grandson of a farmer in Nova Scotia Canada). Thank you for your banter, for talking to the cows the way you do, yes I udderly love your corny jokes. Cheers to you and your family and continued success in all that you endeavor!! Sincerely, Joe Reid
Im a pharmacist, but I know quite a bit of hoof trimming now lol. I stumbled across your videos and honestly they make my day. I have learned so much about hoof trimming. I live in a very urban area, but when I watch your videos, I am now like yep, that is a white line issue, okay yea that is an ulcer. I love your videos! We need more positivity like you on the internet :)
Your wife is a very lucky woman! I wish i could find a man that is as handsome, had your work ethic and drive to provide for the family, and just an iota of compassion that you show to all living beings.
I love love love the cow looking over the wall at her friends walking down the path toward your crush. It's really funny to watch her during the sped up portion. I laughed and laughed! Thanks so much!
If you think 3am is early then you should try the life of a bus driver. I’m retired now but it was a hell of a journey…30 years of 3am and plenty of 1 and 2ams as well. Thanks for creating this herd…God bless you and your family.
Thank you! I love how you talk to the cows :) I love your happiness and excitement. You so clearly love your days, and because of you we enjoy our days all the more.
Another great vid Graeme, so well put together and you make me laugh. Been watching about 4 months and love your channel, it has a really positive feel good vibe. Thanks for your hard work.
Wow - seeing you now, it’s amazing how far you’ve come, the improvements to your living conditions and the giant shed - it’s so impressive and a distinction of your hard graft!
LOVED this video! I totally get it about having a new piece of equipment. I’m a retired midwife and would go bananas when a new Doppler would come! I hope you get the kinks worked out. That is a cool looking blade! Going to work in that but freezing rain looked miserable! I’m touched by your dedication to your work and first of all your family; stay encouraged!!
Hey Graham, doesn't it feel good to work so hard? Your Missus and kids are lucky to have a hard working man providing for them. Your "ladies" are lucky too! Your respect and love for the animals you care for is inspiring. Sorry I keep spelling your name wrong.
I have to admit to losing sleep from being excited to use a new tool also. It's a "guy that works with his hands" thing. Sorry it wasn't as good as anticipated. Herding cows is as fun as pushing a rope sometimes. That was fun watching you chase!!!!!! LMAO
I HATE getting up before 5am. It is not just hard but even if I go to bed early I feel ill in my stomach for hours after rising. I just have to grit through those days when the jobs won’t wait but I could never work a night job that goes between 2am and 5am…those hours ‘udderly’ defeat me!
I love seeing farms that practice good animal husbandry! They care a lot about their animals to have their hooves trimmed regularly and to get them looked at if they start going lame. I'm so glad the farmers have such a cheery guy to work on their animals!
I love how thrilled and excited you were when showing off your new trimming disk! I have watched several hoof trimming channels before, but you are the only one I come back to every video you make. Your passion for your job and for teaching your viewers is what keeps me here.
"Cows breaking out at five in the morning is not fun" Lol I can appreciate that Graeme, except for me it was horses and a bubble gum chewing Pot Bellied pig !
YES! 😁😀 I did suggest to you a couple weeks ago that you should think about reaching out to manufacturers of your tools and even the manufacturer of your dream crush to see if they are intereated in sponsoring you in all of your wonderful, knowledgeable, amazing caring animal welfare, educational videos! Good for you! Im so glad a company reached out to you instead! You really deserve the best of everything and dont think you realize how valuable you can be for the manufacturers.
I’m not a farmer, know nothing about cows ( except for a good bbq steak), know nothing about hooves but somehow I stumbled on your videos and enjoy watching them! So hello from across the pond inMinnesota, USA!
Thank you for the pleasure of watching you work; learning so much....so thorough, neat, tidy and your lovely voice. You are very kind to the dairy cattle. God bless the work of your hands, God bless your home and family, too.
The new trimmer disk bit had me giggling. I ordered a new stethoscope that’s actually of a slightly lesser quality than my main one for a second work bag, but I was able to customize it a bit so when it came I was the same way!
Only real men drive to work with open cups of hot coffee (3:12)! I don’t own any animals that would need hoof care/trimming, but you make it worthwhile and interesting to watch. Keep doing what you do!
The right tool for the right job. So many people think farmers are mean and cruel to their animals. That farmers have no feelings at all. They are so wrong. More of them are just like you. Talking to their animals. Laughing with them and at them. They get up when most people are still in their nice warm beds. They are working in the rain, snow, and when they themselves are sick. I so enjoy watching your videos. Have a great day.
At 3 am its understandable why you got in on the wrong side of the truck but I am really impressed you didn't admit your booboo and managed to drive from the passenger side of the truck. Kudos Sincerely an American
My mom wakes up just about everyday at 3 or 4 in the morning for work. No caffeine or run or anything to wake herself up just wakes up and goes. When we say that she slept in it means she woke up at 6 instead of 4. Her work is even usually a 9 to 5 job but she can go in early and get out early if she wants to/needs to. On her really busy days she can be there from 3 in the morning to 9 at night.
Ohhh new bling!!!! Soooo pretty. My hunny bunny used to get up a 3:30 AM for work. Not easy getting up but you have a great attitude about why you do it. Your a great husband and dad Graeme.💓 Sunrise is my favorite time of day, great pics. Thanks for sharing your day!!!! As always I wish you and yours well. Bye the way I love that you talk to the ladies, cracks me up.🐄🐮💕
Graeme, you're absolutely delightful. I love your channel (that like many, I came across by chance). I so look forward to each episode. I hope sometime your family will be included, it would be lovely to "meet" them. And please thank them for their support, too!!
I wonder what you would have said in mid March if you had been told that you would have nearly 86 000 subscribers in mid November just 8 months later? Love the new shiny blue disk. Definitely marketing. Now red, purple, hot pink, Fluor green. .........
I found this channel last week by happenstance, and I'm fairly certain I've watched it every day since. You seem like such a kind soul and you care about the cows so much! I've really enjoyed watching -- you have such a wholesome demeanor and I find it very soothing to watch. Keep on doing what you do!
Nothing better then a hardworking good looking man with an accent who takes pride in providing for his family!!!! New fav channel and I have zero connection to farming etc lol
That type of weather is my absolute favourite, makes you feel really alive. I love being sat at the edge of a fishing pier and watching the wild Atlantic waves smash against the rocks and boats.
I love the drone shots, and your photo montage at the end. I also enjoy your occasional commentary on things that are unique to your part of the world, like dialect comparison and cultural habits. Thank you!
Iv watched your videos for a while now and you have grown so so much your confidence, camera use and your interaction with us from our side of the cam.. your amazing........... we all love the Hoof GP. 🐮🐮🐮🐮🐮🐮. One more thing I love the process when you keep us up to date with any ongoing hoof care a 🐮 is needing..
I share your excitement about a new disk (even tho I've not used that particular tool and don't trim hooves)... Just gotta love new tools and new things for tools! After all, it's all about accessorizing! 😎
Wow, I admire your great attitude and playfulness so early in the morning! 👍 Not everyone can achieve what you do, the way you do...especially at 3am! Not to mention, you have a sense of humor that puts folks at ease and makes us laugh. You have a special gift, God bless you always! 😁🤩🐮🐄🐂☕⌚🏆
yep, the excitement of a new tool in "your tool box", no matter what profession you are in it's magical... I dont trim cows feet, but brother you are in heaven, and that's what counts...
You are such a happy man! I love the positive spirit you have in going to work everyday and having to get up in the wee hours of the morning to do your job! Also, the music you play with your videos is beautiful and relaxing!
I really do appreciate this man because you can tell that he cares about the animals because if you notice when he works with the other equipment different places their machines don't flow as well to keep the pain mainly because of the animals I really appreciate that about him.
Hi Graeme, It's nice to see you more than chipper especially on such a dreary morning. But the sun did come out and that's always a bonus. Be safe and I hope to see you in your next video.
That Nissan handles the rain & water with ease!! 😉 Your videos are such a treat to watch!! The fact that you are soft on the eye!!! Certainly helps.... ❤🙌❤ God Bless & take care!! Sent with Gentle Effect💕
Looking at this video you can see how much he makes from RUclips. New shed, multiple vehicles, addition on his house, new kitchen at least once, oh and the wall on his drive. Good on ya
Aww... I always feel for the one who has to go first while the other ladies stand back and watch in great interest. I find myself talking to the cow (or my computer really) "It's OK love, he's going to make you feel lots better." They are giant timid dogs.
I like how they all stopped to say heyyyy to the one with its head over the block on the way.. She was dayyymn y'all getting yer hooves done and didn't invite me??! Such Beautiful social critters. So cute!
Those girls in the back ground🐮🐮🐮🐮peering over the wall, you can almost see them thinking 🤔 wats going on over there then? beautiful sun rise too 🌞 I love the early mornings 👍💕
I'm a beef producer but 20 years ago I worked as a ruminate nutritionist working for Dough Boy and large dairies in North West South Dakota. I love your videos and your passion for your job and FAMILY!
You have the total ULTIMATE outfit for doing your job. It's nice to see all of the ways you have for their comfort...the bellyband really helps them be able to stand on 3 for as long as some trims have taken. To bad the dairies here in the states can't have your expertise.
Love your videos and the care you show the cows, not just the trimming but how you talk to them in general. Great job and thank you making such great videos.
"Food in your wife & kids belly" the world needs more people who think like you
Absolutely!!!!!!!
It is such a gift to have a husband who thinks like that...my husband is one of those guys...it is humbling to know he works 12+ hours a day to give us a decent life and to make sure we can homeschool our 4 kiddos.

The best way to describe this man is "wholesome"
I adore him. He is the epitome of joy.
It's refreshing to see someone who truly enjoys his job. Wish I could say the same of myself.
To be honest I would imagine he is a bit too naughty to be too wholesome!!
There is definitely not 1 word to describe him. I'm completely addicted to his videos!
He is amazing, loving his job the way he does especially since he works surrounded with poop every where.🇨🇦🍁🏴
I am just sitting here binge watching all your videos. You have a heart of gold and treat these girls with such care...I love that you call her "love" "you won't fit through there" and then call her "silly sausage". One of my favorite terms of endearment you have used thus far!
I was just looking for a chocolate chip cookie recipe, and ended up here...for 3 hours. 👍🏽
Andrew Peni omg that’s so funny. I don’t know how I started here but I love it!
Faith Read I was just going to say! I don’t know how I got here either, but I’m (strangely) glad I am!(?) 😅 haha! I don’t have cows but I love his personality and learning about the cows. It’s very fascinating!
Me tooMe too!
Your funny lol. Sounds like something I would do
IKR , the same thing happened to me and now I 've gotten my husband hooked too! Can't seem to stop watching it ...when I know I have a thousand other things I should be doing but...I'm the boss of me.
I used to work for newspaper delivery service in the early 90's and had to get up at around 1:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. It was miserable during the winter. A man and his tools. It’s a beautiful thing. LOL
I never really noticed or appreciated how calm and beautiful cows are
Nice to hear there ARE still REAL MEN out there who care for their families and do what it takes to make things work.
Hey buddy never thought I’d find this type of thing interesting until I found your videos the other day. I’m hooked! Keep it up man!
I agree, I’ve only watched a few videos but I’m hooked too!
Shouldn’t that be hoofed ha ha instead of hooked
Hannah Plumley Myvloggingaddiction 😂😂😂 love it ! I’m hoofed!
Join the rest of us who can't get enough.
I feel you bruh, the same with me
You are a real man.....devoted to his family, doing the right thing....and doing good things for cows.
Love how the other cows are watching the ones getting the trim

Glad your sight was restored!!!🇺🇸❤️
Wow ... I actually burnt myself with it badly about a year ago! It was only my arm though and it healed after a few weeks
Oh my god. What a horror story! But I'm glad you were able to get your eyesight back.
Having read that... definitely makes me more cautious about handling iodine in my stable.
is beta dine the same? I thought it was diluted with another antibacterial
Graeme you're hilarious. I wish I had a quarter of your energy and enthusiasm at 4:30 AM with my job. ☺️ You always manage to make this Wisconsin city girl smile.

The Picasso of hoof trimming.
Nah picasso was sloppy, gp is more like leonardo davinci
I love Da Vinci!!!!
Personally, I like Vermeer the best. His works are clean, beautiful, detail.
banana-shaped earth we are excellent critiques!!!!
Love your humor at that early time of the morning. Bet you see beautiful sunrises. I am hooked on your videos. Keep them coming.😉
I'm glad you're new blue cutter is giving you such joy. It's nice to see a man happy in his work.

I didn’t know I liked that sort of thing until you came along. Thanks for that🤔👍
There is a a lot to be said about being happy at your job. Some people really don’t enjoy the work they do. I’m glad to see your enthusiasm.
Another great vid Graeme, so well put together and you make me laugh. Been watching about 4 months and love your channel, it has a really positive feel good vibe. Thanks for your hard work.

I'm guessing this is a very early video (The Boys not there). I really enjoyed the open & fun humour way you were on camera 😉
I love how thrilled and excited you were when showing off your new trimming disk! I have watched several hoof trimming channels before, but you are the only one I come back to every video you make. Your passion for your job and for teaching your viewers is what keeps me here.

I've really enjoyed watching -- you have such a wholesome demeanor and I find it very soothing to watch. Keep on doing what you do!
Love how positive you are. Great honor in being a provider for the fam
“Good morning!”
All the cows:......no.
😂😂😂
😂
I love the drone shots, and your photo montage at the end. I also enjoy your occasional commentary on things that are unique to your part of the world, like dialect comparison and cultural habits. Thank you!
Great video! You have a natural talent for conversation and your Scottish accent doesn’t hurt either! 😊
The conversation with the first lady was the first real smile I've had today
I'm like that about tools too, especially hammers- but then I'm a goldsmith-high speed equipment is always interesting.
Though I'm a woman, I get jazzed over new tools. When I'm working on a car or some repair project I get giddy when I need a new tool. It's wonderful.
Yay🎉 ... I'm on my first video from "3 years ago" so I'll be blowing up the thumbs up 👍 as I binge watch through this year's worth of videos.🤩😍
You're not only a great human being but an amazing husband and dad. BTW I loved how excited you were for your new disc lol
Lol. Those curious cows at 5:00 probably wondering who the hell is mooing at this hour!
You're like a little kid on Christmas morning with your new disks!! Can't wait to see you use it!! ❤
I LOVE The RAIN...
Everything Grows.!!!
I really do appreciate this man because you can tell that he cares about the animals because if you notice when he works with the other equipment different places their machines don't flow as well to keep the pain mainly because of the animals I really appreciate that about him.
Scotland is stunning
Hi Graeme, It's nice to see you more than chipper especially on such a dreary morning. But the sun did come out and that's always a bonus. Be safe and I hope to see you in your next video.
I like your pleasure in this new tool. I sometimes wondeŕ about the real fancy cars...another hobby?
Another wonderful Scottish day for Graham and the girls. I love how you treat them ladies Graham. Keep ‘em comin!😎👍🏻
The way you greet the cows brightens up my day.
That Nissan handles the rain & water with ease!! 😉 Your videos are such a treat to watch!! The fact that you are soft on the eye!!! Certainly helps.... ❤🙌❤
God Bless & take care!!
Sent with Gentle Effect💕
Looking at this video you can see how much he makes from RUclips. New shed, multiple vehicles, addition on his house, new kitchen at least once, oh and the wall on his drive. Good on ya
I admire his happiness about his job you can tell he will do it till he can't move anymore
I'm Helen from Australia my daughter watches you and now I'm hooked thank you for your caring of what some call just animals.
So cute!
The music that you keep playing is awesome, who is the singer? I love her voice and the music is very good as well. 🇨🇦🍁
I absolutely understand getting excited over the new trimmer disk! It's gorgeous!
Three a.m. is a dark time....but then comes the dawn and you know you'll do it all over again for these moments....
